From now on an item may be moved instead of placing a new one

Round 2All participants look at the result. Each participant is entitled to move items with a short

Debrief Team Estimation Game

•Estimate stories in relation to each other

•At the beginning there are no story points involved

•Find a base first, then go from there

•Discuss afterwards

•Much faster than Planning Poker
