breath-like motion.

Put your fingers in a flat O position, fingers toward your mouth. Quickly open your fingers and thumb towards your mouth (as if

blowing a letter W).

Put your thumb and fingers close together. Extend your thumb and fingers (or thumb and pinkie finger to

form the letter Y) as your hand moves quickly upward.
