Option 1

Log back in to your online registration (or complete during the registration process), select the student’s name (the above screen will appear)

Above the “Contacts” section there is a box that will allow you to Edit the information

Select that icon and the below image will appear

Find the Emergency Contact and/or Guardian that you would like to receive Alerts and Game updates

Select the same Edit icon as before to get to the next screen

Make sure the proper phone number and email address are there and select the box “Send this person team updates”

Continue through the registration process, or press Save & Continue to be signed up!

Option 2

At the end of the registration process there is another chance to sign up, this option would send updates to the individual who completed the registration (the email/phone number provided in the beginning)

Option 3

These option is great for those that are not part of the registration process but still want to gain alerts

Go to www.dockathletics.org

In the middle of the page you will see our rotating alerts and an option to “Sign Up”

After clicking the “Sign Up” link you will be taken to this page

If the individual already has an account in the Top Right there is a “Sign In” feature or you can select “Sign Up Now in the center of the screen

After signing up or signing in you should be taken to this very familiar page. One option leads to the registration and the other to your Alerts

The first time you set up your alerts, you get asked these preferences (which can be changed at a later time)

You will also have to verify your information to ensure the alerts are going to the right place

Once in, (this is also the screen you will see every other time you enter the website), there is an “Add Team” option

Start typing in Dock Mennonite Academy and select the school once it appears

The website will pause as it loads up the list of teams the school offers

From the drop down box select the Team(s) that you wish to sign up for

After you select the team you will have to select “Add Team”

And there are your favorite Dock Teams at an email or Text alert

Be sure to Verify the email and phone number to receive a test to make sure you registered correctly

In the Bottom right corner of the team box there is an Edit icon

Select that to change how you receive alerts or unsubscribe from the team alerts
