You current OPRA request could not be fulfilled using existing software.

In response to your email a CSV format is not the most efficient and cost effective format for the Borough. ACSV file contains a lot of data NOT directly related to the bill list. As part of the data dump, the Borough would

have to delete columns each time, until only the necessary columns are left.

Second option, has a cost associated with it to set up, review and implement which would be your responsibility.Munidex will convert the requested files at the following costs: minimum two hour set up fee for initial setupand then biweekly cost to produce documents,

Programming $195.00 per hour or portion thereofSupport $160.00 per hour or portion thereofTraining $135.00 per hour or portion thereofData Entry $125.00 per hour or portion thereof

These charges represent the actual cost of reproducing the records and do not violate N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.c. andN.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.d.

In speaking with Munidex, we discovered that the Bill List/Check Register can be exported to a CSV (CommaSeparated Value) format. As this format would be most time efficient and cost effective for the Borough, wewould request the files be sent in that (or XLS) format in place of PDF or paper copies. Thank you for yourattention with respect to this matter.
