early sixties, Bank management used officers as a tool for

Indian Trade Union Act and enforced from 1st June 1927. The Indian
Trade Union Act 1926 was passed to provide for the registration of
trade unions with a view to render lawful association of workers.
The act also defined law relating to registered trade unions and
provided certain privileges and protection to the registered trade
unions.

some people who spread falsehood that Officers of ONGC = We are not
WorkersIt is a myth, a dose of opium for putting to sleep the
collective bargaining strength of 25000 Officers who work day and
night for the Nation. Perpetuators of vested interests need those
namesake bodies which have no legal rights and ready to become a
tool for casting dust into the eyes of employees. Please think and
escape the false propaganda a thousand mile journey begins with a
small footstep.
