Indicate on registration form your choice to register for both the OBA Tour and Apimondia through AgriTours Canada or each separately. Please clearly indicate your choice. Day 1 - Wednesday, Nov. 14 – London – Guelph - Kingston – Cornwall – St. Hyacinthe Depart London with local beekeepers group. Pick up at pre-determined location in Guelph, continue to Port Hope at Swiss Chalet/Harvey’s for coffee break and to pick up any local beekeepers joining the group - Stop for lunch in Kingston – pick up other beekeepers from the area. (45 minutes) 13:30 Depart for Quebec. 15:00 Stop at convenient location in Cornwall for coffee break at Tim Horton’s and to pick up eastern Ontario beekeepers. 17:00-18:00 Arrive in St. Hyacinthe. Holiday Inn Express – 4 restaurants beside the Holiday Inn Express. (Arrival time depends on traffic through Montreal) Overnight at the Holiday Inn Express including a deluxe continental breakfast with hot items. Day 2 - Thursday, Nov. 15 – St. Hyacinthe – Saint-Sylvestre – Château des Richers - Quebec City Breakfast at the hotel before departure. Suggested sites for visits include; Co-op Citadelle (could only find maple syrup coop listed on internet), Miels Emilie http://www.lemieldemilie.com/ and Musée de l'abeille (by special appointment – normally closes at end of October) http://www.musee- abeille.com/. Hotels for the OBA tour to Apimondia are at a discounted group price compared to the “book your own rate”

Day 5 - Sunday, Nov. 18 – Quebec City – Free day Motor coach is available (no extra cost to group as bus is available all day) to take the group for a morning visit to the island of Ile d'Orléans for a winery tour, cheese factory visit, visit the Montmorency Falls viewing area on top of the escarpment. Return to Quebec City for lunch (on your own) and shopping at the Galeries del la Capitale, Quebec Cities newest shopping centre. http://www.galeriesdelacapitale.com/en/. Return to Old Quebec at 2:30 p.m. for free time in the Old City Centre. Overnight at Chateau Laurier Hotel (Conference Hotel). Day 6 - Monday, Nov. 19 – Quebec City – Deschambault – Mirabel - Cornwall Depart for Deschambault research farm. Tour of apicultural research facilities at this government funded research facility.
