All wants to upgrade their self. So students are approaching variousinstitution door and learning technologies. After that they are facing the problem while

getting their certificates and some times it happends they have to wait for long period of time to get their results after writing their examination. All wants to perform very fastwhy not the institutions or organization?

Existing System: 

Students are approaching various institution door and learning technologies. After thatthey are facing the problem while getting their certificates and some times it happendsthey have to wait for long period of time to get their results after writing theirexamination. All wants to perform very fast why not the institutions or organization?

Proposed system:

Online Examination makes it easy in all the aspects. Students can choose any course given

by the institution and register their self for the course by paying the course fees eitheronline or through cash at the institution. The admin generates the unique userid for eachregister students and the students can able to login with that userid and password and canalso change the given password from the admin. Users then receives the hall ticket sendedby the admin and reach to the venue on the date and time allotted on the hall ticket.Students are also having the facility to see the examination rules and the venue details.

Institution/ Organization

In other part the admin of the institution adds the examination centre details and coursedetails. He/she can view the register student details and contacted student details. The

admin generates the hall tickets for all register students. Admin can also prepare thecertificates for the students and sends the scan copy of the certificate along with theresult sheet to the students after their examination.

Examination Centre

In examination centre also there is a admin who first enters into the site with userid andpassword given by the institute admin. The examination centre admin can view thestudents details allotted for the examination for the due date and time. He/she can alsosend feedback of the students to the admin of institute along with the examinationdetails.

StudentsStudent can see the result sheet after the examination and the copy of the sheet alsoforwards to the   mail.  Student  can also get  the mobile  message regarding theirexamination and venue details after registering successfully.

Course

Students can choose any course given by the institution and register their self for thecourse by paying the course fees either online or through cash at the institution.
