Step 3 - Follow the below steps to prepare your athletes for registration - You need to set all ath-letes as waiting for approval. When registration is over you will come back and select all athletes not set to ‘active’ through the registration system and set to ‘suspended’ for the season.

Customize Filters - In order to set all athletes as status ‘Waiting for Approval’ you need to use the custom-ize filter option. Select and select ‘Member Status’ and all statuses.

Member Status - Select Member Status on the left to bring up all available statuses on the right.

Status Selection - Select all and then Done to apply.

Athlete Selection - Select all of your athletes to be placed in the single status, ‘Waiting for Approval’.

Multi - Edit Members - Se-lect Edit > Multi Edit Mem-ber and choose the status ‘Waiting for Approval’ and apply.

Accounts Tab - All accounts (parents)

Status - You want to ensure you are emailing the login to only your active accounts since no other status can login to the site. Use your Customize Filters to select Status > Active.

Selection - You can select all, few, or one account to send the login/password.

Email Login - Once you make your selection; select Communicate > Email Login

Email Message - Select this to select your active accounts and send an email.

Option 1 - Select to ensure you email all active accounts.

Active Accounts - Select All will highlight all accounts. CTRL/Command > Click will select indi-vidual accounts.

Subject - Enter in subject and fill in the message into your editor. Send.

Not Registered - All members (athletes) on your team regardless of status

Member Status - Select the status and search. If you have sent an email to Active Accounts, Tea-mUnify suggests emailing all ‘suspended’ accounts.

Selection - You can select all, few, or one member to send the email. It will go to the Account email address.

Email - Once you make your selection; this button will allow you to create a free form email.
