This programme is built on the design ofthe eminently successful “Heart ofEffective Leadership (HEL)” programmewhich has been running as a 3 - daysresidential programme at Asia Plateau,Panchgani since 2005. It has been availedof by leading companies such as SiemensIndia, Transasia Bio-Medicals, PrajIndustries, Kirloskar Pneumatic andJanalakshmi Financial Services Ltd. totrain their managers in large numbers.Some government institutions like NIRDand universities like PDKV Akola too havesent their senior faculty to HELs.

Industryleaders have acknowledged thisprogramme to have significantlycontributed towards strengtheningemployee relations & resilience of Indiancompanies against global competition.Some government institutions, like BARC,have also sent their employees to ELLprogrammes in large numbers.

PROGRAMME DURATION:The focus, duration and session timingsof these online programmes can becustomized according to specificcompany needs. However, a typicalprogramme would be of 10 hoursduration spread over 4 days. Therewould be one Main Session daily of 1.5hours in the morning and a one hourFamily Group session in the evening onthe first three days, in which familymembers of participants can also join.Between the two sessions participantsare free to engage in their regular work.On day 4 there would be a one hourConcluding Session in the afternoon.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Each participant to have an internet-connected laptop or a smartphone with3 GB data.
PROGRAMME COST:For a 10 hours online programme:
“Leading People in a Changing World”,for managers: INR 2 lakhs + GST for abatch-size between 20-30 participants.
“Leading Oneself in a Changing World”,for associates: INR 1.2 lakhs + GST for abatch-size between 20-30 participants.
Follow-up session of 1.5 hours for anadditional INR 25,000 + GST can also beorganized to reinforce the impact of theprogramme.
