ONLINE GRANT APPLICATION TUTORIAL


How does it work?

If an organization wants to apply for a grant, Smile Train staff will send them an

e-mail with a link to the application. All that is required is internet access.

The application is filled out online.

What if I have questions?

For questions about your project or the content of your application, contact Smile Train’s Country Regional Manager in your area.

Accessing the Online System

There are two ways to access the online system:

1. Start a new Application

To submit an application for a Grant, please contact the Country Regional Manager in

your area. They can send you an e-mail with the necessary link to begin an application.

Once you click on the link, you will come to a login page. If you have never used the online system before, click “New User”

to set up your online Grant Account.

2. Log into a previously created Account

After you have used the online system once, you will be able to log back in to see

applications you have started or submitted by going to the Grant Account site:

The Grant Account website will only show you the applications you have already worked on. No new applications can be

started from there.
