Online Banking has a New Look We are pleased to introduce our new Online Banking, designed to make your banking easier and more convenient.
• New Home Page to view all your accounts and overall financial summary, plus additional information you need to manage your finances.
• New Spendable Balance feature to quickly see what money you can spend and even set aside money you want to avoid spending.
• New “Inquire About this Transaction” feature to send a secure message about a specific item in your transaction activity – the transaction information will be added to your message so no more copying and pasting.
• Enhanced transaction search features and filters to quickly find the information you need. • Quick access to Messages and Alerts via the Welcome Center allows you to see unread messages and alerts
since your last login.
You will still find the features you like to use such as: • Placing a Stop Payment • Transferring funds between North Dallas Bank accounts or external accounts • Viewing and printing eStatements • Reordering checks • Changing your contact information

• The Services & Settings page used to be the User Services page.
Welcome Center – Messages
• Displays a counter/badge of the
number of unread secure messages.
• Drop down displays subjects of the 5 most recent unread secure messages.
• Link is provided to access ALL secure messages.
• Link is provided to create a new secure message.
• Urgent secure messages are clearly identified.

• Functions as it does currently. • Displays if there is at least one
message. • You may use the Remind me later
option to close the bar for the current session.
• Displays a counter/badge of the
number of Notify Me alerts. • Drop down displays the 5 most
recent alerts in the last 30 days. • Link is provided to access the Alerts
History page. • Link is provided to go to alert
settings on the Notify Me page.
Tabs and Menus
Home – The Snapshot and Account Summary pages are replaced by the Home tab. Accounts – Displays up to 7 accounts and their Available Balance. Bill & Payments – The Payments tab is relabeled Bills & Payments. This is where you can find your Bill Payments. Transfers – The Transfers tab remains the same. Statements – The Statements tab remains the same.
Home
Last Login information appears on this screen. A Transfer action button appears on this page and takes you to the Transfers page. Organizes Accounts into 1 of 3 groupings. Money I Can Spend
• Checking Accounts Money I Owe
• Loans and Lines of Credits • Pay Now option links you to the
transfer screen to make a payment.
• Amount Due on Loan Payments and Due Date
Money I’m Saving
• Savings Accounts, CDs and IRAs If you do not have an account of a certain type, that grouping will not appear. Each grouping can show up to 10 accounts. After 10 accounts in a single group – a pagination options is displayed within that grouping.
Home – Favorites
If you have more than 6 accounts – a FAVORITES tab is displayed on the Home page. Up to 20 accounts maximum can be marked as Favorites. The first 7 accounts will default to your initial Favorites. Favorites can be reordered by clicking the Reorder Favorites button which activates the edit mode.
Reorder Favorites
Three controls are provided for reordering the accounts: • Up arrow which can be
selected to move an account UP in the list.
• Down arrow which can be selected to move an account DOWN in the list.
• Rails icon which can be used to select, hold and drag the account where you want it to be in the order.
After you have made the desired changes, you must select Save Changes to save the changes you made and return to the normal view.
Left Sidebar – Home Page
The Home Page - Left Sidebar includes: • The Spendable Balance of the
account you selected. • Unread messages.
Left Sidebar – Accounts
The Accounts - Left Sidebar displays: • All accounts if you have 6 or
less accounts. • The first 7 accounts or the 7
favorite accounts.
Spendable Balance
The Spendable Balance provides you with a quick look at the amount of funds available for you to spend in your selected checking account.
Spendable Balance
You may enter an amount in the Money to avoid spending field which is then subtracted from your Spendable Balance.
The screen color will change when the Available Balance and Spendable Balance are in different states:
• When both balances are positive – green • When both balances are negative – red • When Available is positive but Spendable is negative – gray
Accounts Menu
The Accounts Menu displays up to 7 accounts and their Available Balances. The accounts are ordered as they appear on the Account Summary page. If you selected Favorites, the top 7 would be displayed here.
Account Details
Displays pertinent balances and information at the top of the page. The Available Balance is the amount of money available to use, typically the Previous Day Balance plus or minus any pending transactions. The Previous Day Balance is displayed. (This is the previous day’s ending balance). Transfer In/Out buttons will display if applicable. Download File and View Report can be used to download data in various formats. You can click on the column header to reverse the sorting option for the information displayed.

Future View
More Details & Routing Numbers give you additional information about the account.
Future View shows upcoming activity if applicable.
Account Details – Searching & Filtering
You can search and filter the data to see a little data or a lot of data. Searches can be conducted by keyword or amount. Searches can be conducted by date range. Searches can be conducted by category.
Account Details – Download File
You can select a supported file type to download, including Quicken. There are many options for filtering the data available.
Account Details – Alerts
Alerts you already have setup will still exist. Alerts can be setup by moving the button from OFF to ON for each type of Alert. You can send Alerts to either Text or Email for the following: • If account is overdrawn.
• If balance is lower than – enter
an amount for which you wish to be alerted.
• With my balance – will send you
your balance, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on what you select.
• For transactions more than – you
will be notified of every transaction amount more than the amount entered.
