I've had a, uh, last couple of weeks, kind of struggle, car problems and everybody's going through work issues. Uh, um, My company got bought in October, and since January, a lot of changes have been taken place that none of us are you used to wear. I mean, I work in a production type atmosphere, you know, greasy, oily, you know, ink and, you know it's it's not super clean. Sit at a desk, kind of an atmosphere, and they're turning it into that kind of an atmosphere, you know, they're painting there, cleaning up, Um, one of the things that we just found out today, we have to now turn in two forms of idea because we have to be I'd identified I've worked here for thirty some years and never had to be identified before. You know, I got a show, some kind of proof of identification, license, passport and sign off on a bunch of forms. So anyway, somewhere out there, there's a Doppler you So there's there's, you know, work issues that have taken place, you know, that everybody struggled with it. And so, uh anyway, um, spring registrations? Uh, first of all, uh, so we talked about this at the committee level, I guess last month. So we've interviewed Sherry and, um, going todo. Everybody know Sherry, uh, she's taking over as our social media communications position. It currently is a paid position. As we discussed, um before, so welcome Sherry, and I think she's finally pretty much on board all the u r l ls that what you call where else are finally solidified and passwords done and someone so forth. So I've been running bills, bills been taken off, uh, a few things, and I think it's suddenly he's woken up. We're now getting text messages like I come. I'm not on Facebook and I can't get on the Facebook. So anyway, so Sherry sent out an e mail to travel coaches already. Have you gotten any response? Good. Awesome. Um, I got a quick report from Ray on the spring registrations with reason that coming now he's got Skye kids air, uh, fan ensemble of some sort. Why you need him? I just don't see how we did with the We'll talkto, actually. Not that Ray. Ray Sweeney. How sweet. Uh, registrations I'm talking about So sorry. My bed. Race winning for the register. Um registrations up and ready to open travel. I am registration. That is. He's ready to go with that. We had planned on via the calendar. Um, Steve, you're good at the counter, remember? I think April first is what we talked about for Are immoral fall registration for that. What's that? Anyway, it's ready to go, so I could tell him to open it. But what's the difference? And we open it now are open it April first. I don't know what's going on. We tend to like to not get him all confused. So we have our spring. I am program our spring advanced program and travel soccer registrations open. Um, so, you know, if we get him all I open at one time, maybe people registered for the wrong things, which has happened before, um, travel registrations going well, he says. That's the only thing I have. I don't know what the numbers are currently with that. So our spring instructional program is at twenty three. And our advanced training program is, um, at a total of, uh, twenty four eleven for the two thousand eight to two thousand eleven and thirteen for the to oh, for two to seven. Not breaking out, boy by gender. Now break it up by gender or goalkeepers. And he's asking me if we need to put limits on the registration. I said, not with that count. No, not yet. You know, um, the guy, Ideally, we'd like to see twenty for each meal. Pliers in each group. Like to get what we had, like eighty before they're in the advanced training. So, um, you know, I figured we have to trainers coming. It's, uh before that when we did, you know, the UK elite. Last year, we had to trainers, So it was twenty and twenty, and I thought it almost worked out perfect for that. Well, I mean, we had almost eighty people ready. Kids register. So that worked out good. Anyway, um, Friday night, it was never enough money. What? No, The money knights were which, one of last year wasn't ninety for this spring for the Monday night program the year before was like one hundred fifty, and we're trying to figure out why it went down so well. But So anyway, I didn't put anyone that's on it. And we'll probably keep it open toe a weekend to the program. They were gonna blast out another. Well, yeah, so that now the sheriff, he's able to get some of this stuff out. We'll have to, you know, start hammered it pretty good. Um one of the things we'll have to get sharing what they figure out, we do not have, like, a credit card or unaccounted for Facebook. So, like Dave Mumford, he did the very first one Weird. When we're transition trying to get you fired up on the Facebook, he boosted it because I told him Glad boosted. Eso you had to spend, You know, we spend thirty dollars when you lose today. So, you know, and we reimburse that butt t ways been has never had, like, given soccer or sports a credit card or we don't have anything like that. They've always been leery of doing anything like that. So we'll have to figure out what we want to do that we can do it, but, uh, boosting on Facebook gets it out there right little bit because you can identify a region that you want. So we can say, way Want the zip code here, people, Because it doesn't make sense to go outside, right? Yeah, just the surrounding area that we had. Mon use travel started this week, and it's sort of the art. Eighteen eighteen? Yeah, there was, um, younger ones that way all wrapped up before April. Yeah, that's pretty. What are you doing? What We really need it. It's not like I think if they looked last year's use it or lose it right, they should lose it. And the other one, if we can get it, unless somebody else can come up with a another game plan. Being Walled Farm would be a backup. Um, that would be a backup backup North Pen turf field if Dave wants to pay for it. What about Butch? So, yeah, we haven't decided what we want to do with Butch Clements and my the own. Our own Tea Way board of directors is wanted me to pin down my usage on that. So no

Okay, so one of the thoughts I originally have was to move that seventy seven game field toe that field because it's back. Butch Clements, right? Well, then, that's they have really nice grass in the front. Soon as you get there around that called a sack, that section right there. It's really nice grass. And I think that would be perfect for the seventy seventh field. Do you think you're doing? So But one of the issues is seventy seven field That won't form being so wet in here, you know, getting canceled by the school and things like that. They were drinking a little sometimes before their land. So So we actually got into an argument with an I am die that was assigned the line the field that day. And he got in an argument with I'm like, yo, he's a volunteer. Just let him do his job. Let involved too. You fainted. Just deal with it, would you? It was It was more the way he was talking about. But so what? Charlie and I were trying to meet sometime. Just kind of iron out What fields or what? This year way, Dad really coordinated that. So work has made that crazy. And in the township wants to do field work Gristmill one this spring, a personal one. Yeah, I got that in the last T way board of directors meeting. Well, on our walk around, we talked about it, needs that goal area closest to field to is pretty well beat. And that gets beat every year because for they practice exactly. It wouldn't be too bad if they didn't destroy, too, because then we could have set up a field going the other way. But so they want to do fieldwork on gristmill one on originally, they wanted, but I think I thought I said something. They wanted this great. It just take a bulldozer and swiped the whole start from scratch. And I said I did. I said, No way. You know, we don't We don't need that much work. Donald there, you know, so well. I mean, that end that goal area they tried one year. They filled it in during the season with some rocky top soil, and all the keepers were coming up with bloody knees and legs was amazing that one year it was maybe three years ago. They were, you know, landed on the rocks and pebbles. And that was crap. Really? Wass, I mean is if we keep people off in it in the spring. I mean, that grass will grow back. So we have one team that's playing cops ninety nine. That's had been our next team, and that's the issue. Who knows how because I said it to walk around then and last fall that we didn't want to dig him up because we didn't have a resource to filament. We could paint him and let them do that. So we put a seventy seven field over there when they put smaller goals over there. Right there. At least six by eighteen. We have a brand new set in the shed that it's easy to move. We're looking. We're gonna put it up in a pickup truck and put them over there and build it there. It isthe so that's one of thoughts. I had Don German has a pickup truck. And I'm saying so. He diamond set up field because what I really do feel set up, But you just saved me. You should know by now What? I think I mentioned to you that there's a guy who I play soccer with, Uh, Eric, uh, Dutch guy who sort of got booted from Russia, the coach's kid through, Uh, I guess we'll be whatever he's the age of Ah, mad Hayes. So yeah. So cso the kids. This year is the first year that at you, twelve against it's gonna be this year. Uh, Rush wants to have only paid professionals and might mean mind you, he's taking his kids too pretty high level and pretty good tournaments and is a very good coach. I mean, he's a vory skilled guy, and I like him a lot, and I felt bad for him because he said he basically got booted and he was asking if we have a team here, right? Well, yeah, we do. I don't know if it's going to be the level that kids used to playing, nor did I think that it might be good that he's gonna be on the sideline watching somebody when he's gonna be answering your coach. I said it just it's going. It might be uncomfortable here. We might be a good alternative, but if it's gonna make you wrong, and if it fails to not be involved, that might be a hard thing. We do have a coach already, so he's past two weeks. He's been. He's been getting very frustrated trying to figure out where he wants to take his kid. You know what you want to get into whole Yuki thing or whatever other place that is available. Andi still made a rush for doing with what they did. So he's wondering, like maybe for the second team, everyone of form or as I like that, you know, going, Does he sell you? Um, on the team's too broken up because we actually made it to you. Fifteen. Encompass all the girls split is, and the birthdays are They don't have to do that kind of thing. It was tough. I mean, this year is gonna be tough. I think, um, girls split up again. If we don't move it up, another year is gonna be enough for the next age group at all. So I don't think there was enough good girls on the home team, but I don't. Not that young. I mean, So that was a young team had I don't know, five or six older girls and arrest were younger so I had suggested Teo. Tim, The North Pen small sided soccer program is looking for players in that age group because they're registrations are down this year, especially in that older age group. So I suggested to ten. Maybe some of the girls would want to play there when I came up with the idea of Why don't we host team? You know Tim could be the coach or, you know, another parent could be a coach. They only play once a week and we hope host the team and play their leg of that age group because it's a wreck. Fiv e five sixty six lig once a week. You know they don't practice for a couple of minutes maybe twenty minutes before the game and then play the games, so I don't know where we're at with that. If you reached out to a number of whatever I sent something out, my email was messed up. So on Tuesday. But just to the selecting that have was emails ahead. I've got five girls and said they were interested, so but you know, I didn't have any details on that. It would be Tuesday night's just a game you know, Made a few minutes of practice ahead of time. No, you know, money or, uh, registry or anything like that. So, um, right now, we could get a few more. I mean, really, I sold five or six. I said Said that Tim. Nine girls, you know, the tops, right? Because you're playing five five, sixty six. Aki, there's a keeper. They have gold. We have the bigger small side of goals. Five on the field. Yeah. here, writing more in that you're gonna get bored, right? And then rotate in. And they they play two halves. So And there's a ref. Usually one of the parents ever warn somebody think maybe North pen, small side of pays. Refs. Remember when, um, Dickie did it, and, uh, Drew and company money? Yeah, it was easy money for them back then anyway. So we want to open it up to the that I am group. Um Oh, I would definitely, you know, And so I've reached out to Pete just to see what you know. My proposal to Tim was us to build the team, Keep him with the club rather than register through North born small sided soccer on and let them play and we sweet sponsor and put the uniform on. You know, I haven't gotten anything from peed on that. Otherwise they could register right through their pencil sided soccer. There they have a website, registrations open. They would love to have more people. I'm not trying to put him out of business. But I thought then that way those girls would stay together. They feel like they're playing under TSC, Um, would be anything. Just charging the same man. Sixty sixty dollars is their registration. So be just like the spring soccer, the Monday night in spring soccer's where I would register him with Just put him over there. But I'm on Tuesday night, you know. You just gotta let me know. I think I think, Teo, I think thiss point way, pencil it in. Let's not put it in granted. But let's let's you know if you can collect a few more, you know, maybe Stan, um, I'll reach out to them again and see so, like, sixty dollars and right. Okay. We're not talking about this, but right now, so maybe there will be There will be still, they would be registered under the, um, you fifteen age group for the way I am. You

fifteen girls. Last year, that division was only what we have thirty three girls like that. It wass so it's not like it's not like it's a ton of kids. You put it out. No. And Tuesday night could not get a bunch because they're like band. Well, softball. Well, so well, that that's why I'm saying if if he only needed eight, nine girls per night, it didn't matter what is long as they were in our in that pool right now. And but I wouldn't want to see We all do this when our travel teams, you know, at the last minute, somebody's not coming, or I can come. And next, you know, you got two or three more than what you're really planning on Or two or three last somewhat you're playing on. I don't want to see you go through that. But if you had a good pool, you know, twelve girls and say yes. And then you know, I can't make it. And really don't worry about that. Is turning people off like you're not playing this week. You're gonna play next week, and you know, this one got to play three weeks in a row. You know what I mean? No, no. But my boys, they they've always taken care of it themselves. Then they don't see. You know, you get upset when? Because I'm told they can play. You have to do that. They're there already, knocking themselves out three of the teams. You can't make it swift with somebody. Okay. All right. So again, I'll reach out the feet. You guys work on getting a few more girls and say yes. And we'll I'll get make sure rake and register them. Shortz writes all bored it out to the coach and say, we think he's a fill in until, uh, right, Well, I know I look at my view, sixteen boys, and they're showing up into shorts or, like, halfway up their thighs, You know, it's like they just grew like, six seven inches over the last year. It's like I'm laughing at him, you know, it's nothing but leg and a roll. Of course. We all went away. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. Yeah, well, I started ordering. I started to say, Well, trouble is a club that would have, you know, some sort of a parallel standardization. Of of Parral other than just the uniforms stuff, you know, that's why Angelo started selling a few things here and there on their website. You know that the travel teams would order direct kids, weren't it? Families weren't privy to getting that stuff. And we've had, you know, when we had East Bay, you know that that seemed to work out all right, until they started producing a bunch of stuff that nobody wanted. And we got stuck with about ten grand with Harold that did never gets old. So then mum for came up with the squad locker, which you only, you know, you go online and you order that's it. You know, you have to, you know, they don't have to stock it is what I'm trying to say. So they have all these different like Chris, that Adidas under armour, you know, Nike and you want tell mints and, you know, badge on it or whatever, and it gets produced. So they're only stocking basic generic stuff until they put your logo and your name on it or whatever. So but we have struggled at doings Parral other than uniforms. So maybe the squad locker will work out, But, uh, Angelus wants to open up more worse stuff. I know that's part of the contract. That's what Matt was talking about. So we have tio start to take over that so we can find somebody for that position. That kind of think, uh, find out what balls aren't any good anymore. Codes are missing, whatever, you know, so we need to take an inventory whether provided, as I said to Gabby, Uh, no. coaches can start. That's those one line things. Where Yeah, to start getting there. They're sort of Yeah, I would like to do that myself, so hopefully I get there's e mails. Um Well. Oh, and I talked about doing some preseason pre travel tryout stuff, but we just weren't able to put that together. Chad sent us some open gym time, which, uh, some of it was Tuesday nights, which I've been practicing. On Tuesday nights. Paul's had some training sessions, so I gave it all back. I told him my name attacks this week and next week. So by the time we get the word out right, we just kind of said to heck, well, kept waiting for him to tell me what you know anything. Open anything open boom there. It wass and Enrich said he needed something back for boys. Basketball, I guess. Makeups or playoffs or something? I just said to heck with it. I didn't re send you an email that I got from Excel sports about that coach is Yeah, I got that thing you and I talked about. So Excel Sport is doing an adult style player training. They're adults. Okay, so you you, Charlie, could go and get, like, player training, but as an adult, um and they did this before, and I asked them about would be good to send coaches to it so that they can learn especially younger guys and coaching about, you know, so they can learn how to do these ball moves in passing and technique and stuff like that. And they thought it was a great idea. So I sent out the Paul. I don't know if it was any different than the first time. Look the same. Okay, I don't know if it's worthwhile. Forty down out to the coach's again because we threw it out there wants. But of course, pride. Nobody has a number. I forget what it wass what I mean like for for coaches played, it's probably not necessary, but for coaches who kind of got into it because the kids into it are, you know, and are necessarily comfortable soccer players. Well, I mean, I've admitted all along that all my coaching like I stink at juggling. So I've had older players trying teach to juggling Teo the younger kids when I've been coaching younger kid number kids and it's it's great when some of these guys were showing up toe like my practices and that's what they're doing pre warm up there, kicking a ball around there, juggling, you know, a droid for one on it. The kid could be a really good soccer player, I think, if he didn't have his family issues at home. Somebody had talked to be about the fact that has a program and what it gets something in writing to see what it's about, what it's like, but they have a program for, um, players. And you're in the club. That three older one, especially this's more for a brother so that they're volunteering, putting something back into the club, Like helping us with this lining fields refereeing, you know, helping us tto do some training for five and six. So they have a program that would give them credit for points towards registration or wi I. I was thinking we have union tickets, season tickets. The family's last year. Well, floated the same thing last year. Yeah, was it? I've never seen it in writing, so I don't know if somebody's has gotten that email from a factor. Soccer is the only club I know that has done this. Yes. So I would like to see it in writing something. Teo, you know, like, just try and get our young people involved. We all wanted to see them get involved in a program, but, uh, they have a whole programs. That's what? From what I hear for a minute. I also wanted to mention the email that I sent out to the group about the vacant season in our committee or club. It was a, uh, a long email that I sent out in February. And had, uh, several vacancies that I thought were urgent to fill some time. Not his critical. So And in a rural girls coordinator, I thought it was urgent that we need to fill that. Steve, when we went to the A g A B Hey, did talk to me that he thinks you'd be able to help out what's building teams for that. But I think, um, over the last couple of years, we split the intramural coordinator into two positions. Um, I think that would be great to keep it to positions. And by all means, Bob, you know you want to have your wife talk to see evil of Whitmore, you know, find out exactly what he did for the boys. Um, how much time? And obviously it's seasonal. So you're gonna you know what, July start Really getting busy with it. We had a lot of late ones to me. Harder. But the late registration you're talking about, Yeah. For some reason, Diana Blystone doesn't seem to respond. She had a lot of great ideas last year with the five and six year olds. I talked to her about being the coordinator, and we were going to come up with a game plan for that age group again this year. She still hasn't, uh, come around this winter about doing that. I think I got free tickets that with my season tickets at all, nor should have at work from, um, moving down the list. The, uh, spring soccer coordinator. We haven't gotten one of them, so I'm doing that. I said last year that I would not do that, but, uh, uh, Yeah, well, you know, unfortunately, I'm kind of stuck. Um, as I said before, the advanced training programs going toe once they're registered and they're going to it's going to run themselves. I don't have to worry about that. It's the Monday night for a room. Once it gets going and worried about three or four weeks, it's it's not too bad. But, um, uh, the select coordinator. It's going to be a very important position we're gonna need to fill for this year. Uh, and we can talk about that. Then that's mohr of a seasonal thing. Probably, uh, beginning of August start to get busy in tow the end of October. November. Uh, there's things, too needs to be managed. Sort of a day in a world tournament day. Coordinator. I tried to get, uh, uh, job Rose Teo to take that on help with the scheduling, But, uh, that last year that needed to be changed out three or four times before the animal tournament actually took place. Um, equipment manager, as I didn't mentioned very important position, John Taylor did an awesome job with that for several several years. He and his wife, we're really involved in that. John kept excellent books on ordering equipment, and, uh, we're definitely going to need to have that filled. Uh, merchandise manager. You know, again, I talked a little bit about unparalled stuff. I don't know if we really have to worry about that, so it's not really to me. It's not an urgent need, but So you can see there's, you know, several things that air to me. That air urgent um, and anybody that I said it even allowed very late notice to the travel coaches, obviously try and get some reps here. I always think about that the last minute so I was done. on Google. It's that easy to do? Yeah, because then I thought I saw a module inside the website where I could point to the Google calendar in anyone could update it. Well, who has access to that counter arm actually appear on the website. I could do it. Google Sheets and then control. Who gives access to a cell? Yeah, but then you have a translator out of Gurukul sheets into good talent. Has it out for your little game. So good calendar is the easiest way. That counter you're talking about because I think basketball was using some sort of a calendar for their schedule, and I thought that was really neat. And I talked to Rich. Use anything on that website? It's totally blank. I mean, it's good for like, uh, you know, we could It's so easy that quickly had stuff cool calendar like cup games. And And the big thing is like, you know, maybe you know, if other teams see, you know, other team seems have games that, you know, you might drive Mohr support to those games. That's the worst part. Um, and from what I heard is, the kids just weren't signed up, you know, just like their parents are volunteering to. Kids are volunteer, even though they're supposed to. They rather get their hours out of something That was you know, easier if we didn't have to go outside. Exactly. So that's why I'm saying that key clubs out. I'd rather get kids that air, you know, going to be showing up on on a regular basis. The sun's on the key club this year. Who? Uh, Kyle's. So I told Paul that already course that's in your budget, but Well, um I think the fees and fines are all out there, you know, for a srt f ees and where, um I was telling him and showed him so they Charlie would know. Chris has been at the GM with me, so they do. These, um, have, uh, district? Uh, we elect people from the district's. So there's one through twelve or thirteen districts. I said, Guess if you say so. The odd numbers were this year, would it? They elected, we like. We don't even know who they were. Who we electing for district manager. And then you vote out just what it is a place to do it supposed to be run like like, you know, like a local government, you know? So you have district commissioners. I've never had anybody communicate with us ever from a district position. And some of the commissioners have been from Montgomery. So, you know, it's like they're right there. You think they throw us a line or a female even to say hi, but they don't nothing. Nothing gets done. It's kind of a worst waste of effort. And nothing came up with the travel tryout issues that came up last year. Um really was kind of doll board mean those meetings were usually are. Pretty doll board. Um Okay. New business. So hopefully there running the program have at least some kind of guidance, a mission statement unless they make the changes. So this is a version.
