and a copy of your receipt within 30 days of your purchase date.• Alternatively complete the claim form below in full or print o� a copy from www.beko.co.uk/cashback and

This o�er to redeem is open to all persons aged 18 and over resident in the United Kingdom excluding employees of Beko plc (the “Promoter”) and their immediate families, associated companies, trade sales, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. 2. This o�er to ‘redeem’ only applies to purchases made from 10th September 2015 – 31st October 2015 inclusive. Full terms and conditions apply.3. By applying for cash-back, the claimant gives permission for the information provided to be used to register their appliance with the Beko warranty scheme.4. To qualify for cash-back, participants must purchase a Beko qualifying product (as speci�ed opposite) from any retailer in the United Kingdom, and the Channel Islands.5. All applications must be submitted in full within 30 days of purchase OR by the 30th November 2015, whichever is the sooner. Applications received later than 30 days after purchase or after 30th November 2015 will be rejected. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims not received within this time.6. Fully completed and correct claim forms including the serial number, together with a copy of the original sales receipt, can be submitted online using the claim form available at : http://www.beko.co.uk/cashback or by post to: Beko Cashback Promotion, 7 Walker Avenue, Stratford O�ce Village, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5TW. Postal Claims must be sent along with a copy of the original receipt.7. Each cash-back claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or cash-back o�er against the product models listed in term 2.8. The customer’s sales receipt must clearly show the Beko qualifying product purchased, the purchase price, date of purchase, the retailer and location. Documentation submitted for this o�er will not be returned. 9. Upon registration, the claimant will receive an automated email noti�cation informing them that their claim has been received and is now being validated.10. The relevant cash-back will be issued to qualifying customers via bank transfer using the bank details quoted on the claim form within 30 days of validation of your claim. No claims will be validated until 30 days after the purchase date on the receipt provided.11. If applications are incomplete, a request for additional information will be sent to the email address provided by the claimant. Requested information must be provided within 30 days of the closing date of the promotion. Any claim with incomplete information after 30th December 2015 will be rejected.12. The cash-back claim form cannot be exchanged for cash.13. In the event the customer returns the Beko product to the seller, the customer will not be entitled to claim cash-back and will have to reimburse any paid out claims. For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not prohibit in any way the customer’s right to exercise their applicable statutory or warranty rights.14. Where applicable any data captured during the course of the promotion will be collated, accessed, processed and stored wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
