Basic Policies (draft)• Report #: KEK report # and GDE report #. Most likely FNAL, INFN #s, too.

• Akira is the GDE contact during this authoring process.

• This is a technical report on what we did and learned at S1G.– Not a report to assess our future prospects for detailed engineering of ILC.– If someone wants to analyze such issues, this report gives technical contents

that can be provided from the standpoint of S1G experience.

• On technical statements and conclusions:– All who participated in the S1G can / should participate in discussion on equal

footing.– Actual editorial process would be managed by the editorial G. Toge is the chief

editor ( someone to complain to if something is wrong).

Relation with TTC in Beijing (Dec. 2011)

• @TTC Session• Report S1G results, if they are considered fit.• Q&A as found adequate

• Important• A.Yamamoto (GDE PM) has talked to O.Napoly (TTC Chair) in

May – June, and they have agreed concerning the outline, in principle.

• Need to organize S1G presentation and the time slots needed

• Estimate TTC EC• The sooner the better
