Established in 1995, the Mehli Mehta Music Foundation (MMMF) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes Western classical music throughthe presentation of high quality concerts and music education forchildren. The Foundation honours the conductor and violinist MehliMehta, father of the Mumbai born Zubin Mehta.

Started in 1996, the international annual chamber music festivalSangat has set a benchmark for excellence in Mumbais concertcalendar and has grown in repute over the past decade.

It brings to the city exceptionally talented musicians who participate ina Festival that culminates in a series of concerts.

Marc Neikrug Pianist, has performed with Pinchas Zukerman inrecitals since 1975, and has appeared regularly at major festivals andconcert halls.

Raman Ramakrishnan Cellist, performs with the Daedalus Quartetwhich won First Prize and swept all special prizes at the Banff International String Quartet Competition.

Harvey De Souza Violinist, born in Mumbai and is currently co-leader of the Academy of St Martins-in-the-Fields Orchestra, UK.

Jennifer Gilbert Violinist, enjoys an international career as soloist,chamber musician and orchestral musician. She is the concert masterof the Orcehstre National de Lyon, France and is first violinist of theSalome Quartet.

Music is the universal language of compassion and the salve of burning souls and of

these there are many in our country. Mehli Mehta Music Foundation is giving us ahelping hand to spread the salve of compassion for the less privileged through acollaborative concert.

LOLT a non-profit organization, established in 2002, believes in natural & holisticsolutions to life situations. It focuses on three main areas of social improvement:

Anando - Education:To realise the untapped potential of Indias rural children through education,empowerment and employability.

Awakening (Jagruti) :Is a unique community model that has synergy and interdependence amongst threegenerations children's home, senior citizens home , vocational guidance forwomen & medical diagnostic along with the stress management centre.

Aangan Health:The project will provide alternate healing therapies, a hospice and R & D.

Anando, our current childrens education project commenced withjust 25 kids in 2005.Today, Anando project has taken a quantumleap.

It is empowering 2000+ children in 29 centres across 4 districtsof Maharashtra.242 LOLT children have now entered college and 6 have takenadmission in industrial training institutes.LOLT is desirous of expanding Anando. We wish to move intoother states where dire poverty prevails.We also need to create urban awareness about this rural projectso as to get as much help as possible.
