OMNI is the cleaner, brighter, and stronger alternative to other poly-wrapped poly core threads. OMNI has been designed for multi-ple sewing/serging purposes. The multi-filament polyester core gives OMNI superior strength while the wrapped spun poly surface allows this thread to “grab” fabric and create smooth, pucker-free seams. Ideal seams will lie flat throughout the garment, resulting in a better fit. ProLock is an exciting new texturized poly-ester thread (DTY) designed for serging on fleece, knits, and stretch fabrics. ProLock has the bulk, elasticity, and flexibility popu-larized by “woollie-like” nylon, but is stron-ger and will last longer due to the polyester fiber and advanced processing methods.

• Colorfast and can be laundered commercially without risk of fading.

• Resistant to chlorine, which makes it the best choice for children’s clothing as well as swimming and activewear.

• The additional concern of “yellowing” associated with weathering and aging of “woollie-type” nylon products is avoided.

• ProLock has a higher temperature resistance than nylon products. Iron safe on medium heat settings.

Polyarn is a premium type of “woollie-like” sewing thread in which a special high-tech finish is applied to polyester multi-filaments. It has abundant elasticity and flexibility, as well as high-heat resistance. These beautiful colors are colorfast and can be commercially laundered without risk of fading. Polyarn fits fabric well and creates well-balanced seams. With its excellent coverage, Polyarn can be used for simple hems or fancy stitching.

Tailor Made 27 is a strong spun polyester thread we have created specifically for clothing construction. Most commonly used for sewing t-shirts and other light garments, Tailor Made 27 is the thread of choice for many garment manufacturers due to the strength and economic cost associated with this fiber. Tailor Made performs well in over-lock and standard sewing machines.

Tailor Made 40 is a strong spun polyester thread which is thicker than our Tailor Made 27. It is commonly used in the loopers for denim fabrics or top and bottom thread for medium-weight apparelmaterial. Colorfast and chemical resistant, Tailor Made 40 is a fantastic choice for sewing thread because of its economical cost and strength advantage over cotton thread of similar size.




Vanish-Extra is a water soluble thread commonly used for basting during clothing construction for appliqué, gathering, pleats, cu�s, pockets, lace, and more. Sew two pieces of fabric together for a temporary hold and once the decorative stitching is complete, simply wash or soak the item and Vanish-Extra will dissolve in cold water, but it will dissolve faster in water that is at least 86° F. Vanish-Extra is strong enough to run in high-speed machines and leaves no residue when dissolved.

Developed for labor-saving sewing, this adhesive, synthetic thread will melt and create a temporary bond between two fabrics. Recommended fusing technique is to use an iron on high and press for at least 5 seconds. This spun synthetic resin has strong adhesion and acts as a fiber solder. This method of adhesive sewing is growing in popularity because it is highly e�cient and saves time. Larger cones andmultiple thicknesses are available, including poly/nylon mix options.

Charlotte’s Fusible Web is a Tex 30 nylon thread which melts when exposed to temperatures ≥ 250° F. This thread is commonly used as a basting thread for pockets, pouches, and light fabrics, especially when multiple layers are involved.
