ACTIVITIES
• Explore the lush Hoh Rain Forest and spectacular Hurricane Ridge, with various levels of hiking to accommodate all abilities;
• Visit the Elwha River, site of the largest ecosystem restoration project in U.S. history;
• Speak with Sierra Club staff and local partners about this landmark effort as well as current actions underway to protect additional land and rivers throughout the park.
TRANSPORTATION
Guests arrange their own airfare to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Transportation will be provided for the three-hour drive to Lake Crescent as well as all day-trips.

Stay near downtown Flagstaff, with easy access to the many natural wonders of central Arizona. Enjoy a sunset dinner overlooking the rim of the Grand Canyon, and taste the Southwest’s best, dining on fresh, local, sustainable fare.
ACTIVITIES
• Hike in Kaibab National Forest and witness part of Sierra Club’s larger effort to secure the Grand Canyon Watershed National Monument;
• Experience breathtaking vistas of red rock wonders and, in conversation with Club staff and local experts, learn about the area and the Club’s work to protect it;
• Gaze up at the stars on a trip to Lowell Observatory. As a leader in dark-sky protection, Flagstaff offers magnificent celestial views.
