Old School New Body Review - Is This Product Worth Buying?
There are a couple of schools of thought to increasing speed, but it really comes down to two, the
old versus the new. old school new body of thought cannot be further apart in philosophy and it is a
shame that even though there are conclusive test after conclusive test that many new techniques
Work, the old school still sticks with historic ways of thinking when it comes to speed and agility
training. The old school still believes all these new techniques and training styles do not work and
that the prehistoric style of just hard work and technique is enough to increase speed and agility
significantly. The old school will have athletes run sprints over and over, using good form of course.
The technique and form will help a little but just running sprints over and over will have little effect
on your 40 and 100 times. old school new body still thinks that lifting weights slowly and making an
athlete stronger will make you faster. This cannot be further from the truth. The slower an athlete
moves in weight lifting there will be an increase in slow twitch fibers. Your body will get used to
moving that slowly.
The new school of thought first off truly believes you can increase your fast twitch muscles by the
new types of training. The new school incorporates new forms of training such as over speed,
plyometrics, resistance, and technique. The top programs incorporate a variety of all 4 and utilize all
the right muscle groups. With this type of training and a 100% effort on the athlete's part, there will
be significant differences if the athletes speed and agility. The new school of thought also has a
different method for weight lifting. The new school uses more explosive and quick repetition weight
lifting which develops the fast muscle fibres.
