[OJT ONLINE REGISTRATION MANUAL] March 12, 2014

OJT System was created by the ICT Web Development Team to cater the needs of the

ICT Students who are undergoing On-the-Job Training. The system provides complete

assessment to the students by evaluating their performance by the Industry Supervisor and the

Assessor.

The Students who are eligible for the OJT program are obliged to register to the System.

The following are the Registration procedure:

1. Go to the ICT website - http://www.ict.edu.om



2. Under Student Zone, click the OJT Online Assessment.



3. On Student Tab, choose OJT Registration.

4. The System will prompt the student to login using his Student ID and Password.



5. The student must fill up the OJT Registration form especially the empty fields.

Note: The choices of Organization must be filled up for the student’s preferred training

location. The first two choices are provided by the college. If the student has a preferred

company/location for his OJT, he can provide the information on the Third Choice boxes.

6. Click the Register button to save the registration.

The Student’s registration and his choices of companies are subject for approval by the

OJT Coordinators.
