My chosen scenario is that of Influenza. I have

chosen this because I feel that its the

simplest cycle that can be associated with a

    storyline.

  • Chosen Audience and Research

The chosen audience is that of children who are aged between 9 11 who would find the animation funny, cute, whimsical but also serious and understanding. But then I looked up some ideas about how they would react when seeing blood and gore, not so much on the fact that I am making a horrific animation, but the fact that it is encompassing the idea that that sort of thing. I found a article that gives tips on creating a film to be appropriate for children of that age.

Kids who are 8-to-10 years old can handle being scared for longer periods of time - in fact, they love it. Bring on the phantoms and ghoulish faces, but continue to choose films without gore or physical harm. Some intense moments are fun as long as the resolution involves a happy ending. My designs have begun to take the shape of a war like scenario anyway. But at the same time a invasion scenario too. I started sketching designs for the inside of the body and was suggested that I look at organic forms of the body, and how that would play a part in the architecture. So I began playing around with muscle texture and skin ripping/tearing to form columns.
