Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance. A $100 activation fee (non-refundable) and $7.95 shipping & handling fee (non-refundable) are required in US currency. Check-in is on a Saturday or Sunday, depending on the property. All reservation requirements in this offer must be met. Once your promotional offer has been registered, you will receive a Request Form via e-mail. The Reservation Request Form will ask you to provide two different destination choices and two different dates. The second travel date must be at least 30 days after your first date choice. Travel is not permitted seven (7) days before, after or on any Federal Holiday or Major Holiday. Major Holidays include New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Resort and usage fees cover the standard basic fees imposed by all resorts. Individual resorts reserve the right to collect additional fees specific to their resort or region, such as but not limited to government-imposed sales or occupancy tax, compulsory gratuity for daily maid service, energy surcharges, and security deposits. Should your selected resort destination impose additional fees you will be advised prior to confirmation and payment will be due at time of booking.

Resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean may require the purchase of an all-inclusive food & beverage package from the resort at the time of check-in. Resort and usage fees will not be refunded for any reason once reservations have been made.

Dates near holidays, peak season, may require a surcharge fee. This offer is not valid for group travel. Reservations are subject to availability. Destinations are subject to change based on availability. The recipient is required to pay all government taxes, state sales tax, room tax, and fees associated with this offer. No pets allowed. This offer does not include food, transportation, state tax, government tax or any other fees or taxes. The certificate holder is responsible for the terms and conditions as they apply to the date of redemption. This certificate has no cash value and is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law.

The cost to redeem this certificate to receive a reservation form is a one-time redemption fee of $35 for processing, postage, and handling. To redeem this certificate, the customer goes to Certificate Redemption Website. At that website, the customer will enter the Certificate ID# located at the bottom of the certificate to validate their certificate and to securely submit the redemption fee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted. The customer will receive the reservation form by email within 24 – 48 hours after redeeming the certificate. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on the certificate.
