Mt. Zion Coordinator (1) Coordinate with UCSF

volunteer coordinator to organize new volunteer orientation, health clearance, ID badge

Send out sign-up forms and arrange transportation to clinic

Coordinate volunteers at clinic

Work with UCSF student coordinators to manage clinic flow and conduct surveys

As a Spanish coordinator you must participate and organize:

Spanish Member Recruitment Publicize for Spanish Volunteers Read applications, conduct interviews and select volunteers

Spanish Decal section Create assignments, quizzes, facilitate role play, provide

additional information in order for volunteers to be better qualified

Spanish Outreach Look for events to volunteer at and try to establish clinics

Events for Spanish Department Stay in contact with Preceptor

Spanish coordinator, continued Qualifications: Spanish Speaking Organizational skills Communication skills Professional Expectations: 3-5 hours/week on average; this includes DeCal, outreaching and

meetings. Staying in contact with other Spanish coordinators Outreaching and developing new projects Creating agendas for the spanish department Internship Assisting with all activities and being part of outreach.  You will be assigned a few duties such as contacting organizations

and leading a workshop session Plan the semester with Spanish coordinators
