ORDER

Whereas Maharishi Dayanand CGHS Ltd., B-4, Vasanj Kunj, Adjoining B-5/B-6, DDA Flats, New Delhi-110070 is registered vide registration number 1175/GH under the provisions of DCS Act/ Rules framed there under and Bye laws of thesociety.

Whereas, the term of the Managing Committee of the society has alreadybeen expired on 28/04/2015 and the society failed to arrange the election of newMC before the expiry of its term and so cease to hold office .

Therefore in exercise of the powers vested under Section 35(5) of DCS Act,2003, the competent authority has approved to appoint Sh. Shailendra Singh Parihar,Joint Commissioner (VAT) as Administrator who shall also hold election within 90days of his taking over of the charge. He will be paid Rs.10, 000/- p.m. as honorariumfrom the society fund.

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.

The Ex-Managing Committee, Maharishi Dayanand CGHS Ltd., B-4, VasanjKunj, Adjoining , B-5/B-6, DDA Flats, New Delhi-110070 with the direction to handover the record of the society to Administrator.
