Launch of Offers4U was
done with a teaser
campaign name “what’s in
the box.” The teaser
campaign was of one week
which started on 11th March
and ended with public
launch of Offers4U on 17th
March.
About the campaign:
1. One big box was placed at the entrance of Iscon mall (The shopping place with highest foot fall in the city) with creative of “WHAT’s IN THE BOX” on that along with branding of event partners in different forms.
2. Hype was created
in public by asking them to guess “What’s in the box” at various places through different medium.
3. Attractive prizes to be won for guessing and giving creative answers. Prizes were distributed on the day of main event.
4. Various events were held at Iscon Mall on every alternate day from 11th March 2012 to 17th March.
5. On 17th March there was public launch of OFFERS4U by opening that box through a mega event.
The Press Conference announcing the launch of
Offers4U was held at Spicy Chilly, Iscon Mall on
17th March, 2012 right before the public
launch event and opening ceremony of the
mysterious box that we kept at Iscon Mall for
one week. The Press Conference was attended
by all the major publications of surat like Times
of India, Gujarat Samachar, Divya Bhaskar,
Sandesh, Gujarat Mitra, Loktej, The Satyam
Times, Nav gujarat Times and many more.
Product Launch of
Offers4U was done by
President of Surat
Hotel & Restaurant
Association Mr. Sanath
Reliya.
There was a band
performance by a
renowned band of
Baroda named “FEEL
LIVE” & “SARHADE.”
There was a Special
Dance Act by “Platinum
Dance Group.” One of
the best dance troupe’s
of Surat.

kids, after 13th April to be precise,

Pre Launch Promotional Activities
Facebook Marketing
We used facebook to promote 2 things i.e.,
promotion of a teaser campaign “What’s in the
box” and the other is to create awareness in
general public about the launch of such
creative idea in the market.
We targeted around 10 Lac people
through facebook Marketing
Standee Placement at Vendor Outlets
SMS Marketing
SMS announcing the opening ceremony of the
mysterious box (From which our Product was
Launch) that was placed at the Iscon Mall was
send to around 5 Lac people.

was placed at outlets of
all our registered ven-
dors, which created
awareness in general
public.
Promotion of teaser campaign
“What’s in the box” was done
by doing branding on 200 auto
rickshaws in all the well known
areas of Surat like Adajan,
Parle Point, Bhatar Piplod,
Athwalines, Ghod Dhod Road,
Varaccha & Station.

Radio : Panning for a Special Radio Campaign.
Corporate Booklets : We will be distributing 3.5 Lac booklets among all the corporate employee’s of
Surat.
Auto Rickshaw Branding : We will be doing branding on 1000 auto rickshaws in coming month.
Milk Card Branding : We will be distributing 30,000 to 40,000 milk cards with branding of Offers4U to the
milk vendors in all the popular areas of Surat.
Standee Replacement : We will be replacing all the standees that are being placed at the outlets of
registered vendors.
Bulk SMS : We will be sending bulk SMS to around 10 Lac people to make them aware about our product
and its usage.
Multiplex Branding : Branding at Fame Raj Empire, City plus Multiplex & Central Mall.
Outbound Calling: We have started our outbound call centre to provide information to 50,000 people
about our services and how to use it.
