HISTORY OF ODL Engineering

Formed by the heritage technical staff of Offshore Dynamics Limited (DNV-GL-Noble Denton) which ceased their business operation on 30th September 2014.

The holding company - incorporated in 2009

The company’s principal activity is providing human resource and engineering consultancy services to clients in the offshore and onshore oil and gas industries.

Continuing to operate with the technical staff and specialists in the same office premises in Sharjah, UAE under the ST Holmen Group.

STRENGTHENING, MODIFICATION AND REPAIR (SMR) OF NASR-4 WELLHEAD JACKET

Client : DULAM International Ltd., Dubai.

NASR-4 platform, a four legged wellhead platform located in Persian Gulf at a water depth of 60m. The jacket was constructed and installed in 1976.

Scope Of Work • Determination of Repair methods to mitigate the

fatigue cracks, non fatigue cracks, severely corroded members.
