The three words "Make in India"? defines a bold vision of our honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to make India a self sufficient Country with the ability to produce goods and services for the use of its Nationals as well as citizens of other Countries. This campaign is a bold move as it will boost Industrial growth, increase employment opportunities, reducte foreign exchange out flow and increase ?in foreign exchange in flow, and develop brand India.India is a Country with tremendous diversity. The Country had been plundered by invaders since ages. Lot of India's wealth has been lost ?in the invasions. With every invasion major cultural degradation took place. The overall mindset of the Citizens changed from that of confidence to despair. After numerous invasions followed by the British rule, India was in shambles.Since independence India has been Governed by various political parties and leaders who took India through various stages of development.Nevertheless, never did Indians feel a sense of urgency in the political setup to make India a Golden bird again.India was being looked upon as a land of disputes, poverty, poor growth etc but never as a land of Growth and Opportunities.Everybody admired India's rich cultural heritage but were ignorant of the fact that India was once a land which played host to inventions and discoveries in the fields of medicine, science, mathematics and engineering .It was not till recent times that India opened its doors and projected itself as a huge market ?which could absorb the lion's share of world produce.Nevertheless it was only when the Modi Government stepped in, that the game changer idea of "Make in India" ?was brought on the drawing boards. The three words "Make in India" mark the total shift in strategy.

Make in India - An Insight

The pertinent question is"Are we prepared?"India is troubled by various factors such as license raj and babu culture, rampant corruption, poor infrastructure, poverty, wide divide between the rich and the poor, terrorism, regional disputes, humongous population?, biased media, diverse preferences of the Citizens, lack of social responsibility and many other growth hinderance factors. In order to bring drastic changes in the Indian economy and to implement the "Make in India" campaign fast, the following needs to be done.?Upheaval of the political strata such that Constructive democracy is practiced and not Destructive democracy wherein Opposition opposes policies good/bad simply because the policy was not adopted while they were in power.A good policy or a good idea should be adopted wholly as a Country.People should behave as responsible Citizens and allow the Government to focus on key issues and strategic concerns.Ease of doing business should be improved drastically. India lags behind many developing countries in this aspect.Infrastructure should be World class. Every citizen should pledge to make the country safe and hospitable for its nationals and guest foreign nationals.?Entrepreneur ship should be promoted among graduating students as a good career option. The potential of youth be tapped to bring in energy into Nation building drives.Last but not the least.. all citizens of the Country have to bury their differences and join hands to promote the cause of "Make in India".

I do not believe that a person who has poured himself into his work has ever failed. If you try your best, you may not always come out on top but you would surely come close to it. The reason for so much failure in the world is that 95% of people do not fail in physical world but in their mind. They fail to believe in themselves, they fail to set goals...How can you hit the target without knowing what and where it is??Nothing comes free in this life and nothing is accidental. You have to find your way behind your comforts & past your fears. Your level of success in life is directly proportional to your level of Planning & Control. Drive off tired feelings. A tired mind cannot generate enthusiasm. Make your work enjoyable, convert work into your passion. Unleash your powers of visual intentions for meeting real life challenges.Have a clear purpose, where life would take you. Identify yourself with your passions and aspirations which are far enriching and enlivening than just your career tracks..Each person has infinite capabilities...No matter what you do...Do it thoroughly....That's the key to SUCCESS.If you ignore your present, your future will ignore you. You have within you a sleeping Giant, whom you can direct to perform any service that you desire.

Success Begins At The End Of Your Comfort ZoneWhen molecules of carbon are rearranged, we get DIAMOND, with a little re-organization in your values, beliefs, attitudes, you shall be truely transformed.Creativity comes from hard work and accomplishing anything demands total involvement. The day has 24 hours for everybody. The difference lies in how you utilise these 24 hours. As long as you are uncomfortable, it means you are growing. When you go out of your comfort zone and it works...nothing more is satisfying than this.A lot of satisfaction is derived by putting the wheels into motion and enjoy the ride...Replace your "Someday" with "Today" and see the difference!!Thanks & Best Regards,
