After receiving your payment, a confirmation is emailed or mailed to you with the exact location and any other details. If you do not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact our office prior to class.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot attend a course as planned, you may receive a LEX credit voucher less your non-refundable registration fee for a future class when canceling 48 hours prior to the first class meeting. 24 hours prior to the start of the first class meeting, you are entitled to 50% of the course fee. Canceling on the day of the class or after the class has occurred, you are not entitled to a credit voucher or transfer of any kind. Credit vouchers are good for 12 months.

REFUNDS: Refunds are given only if Learning Exchange cancels a class.

CHANGES: We reserve the right to change location, schedules, fees and instructors when necessary.
