Alice has worked for Granrud’s Lefse Shack for 28 years and Twyla for 15 years. They purchased the business in 2005. The Granruds had been taking their lefse to the Norsk Høstfest in Minot since it began, and they are now on their 37th Annual Norsk Høstfest which draws people from many foreign countries. Granrud’s Lefse Shack is the OFFICIAL LEFSE of the Norsk Høstfest, in which a person comes several times a day to take snack packs to each of the food booths so lefse can be purchased everywhere throughout the festival. In just the rst two days they had sold over 600 pounds of Scandinavia’s most beloved food. To order some home-made style Norwegian Potato Lefse, people may visit their website at: www.lefseshack.com or call 866-765-3250.
