Keys to Self Confidence and Gorgeousness from the Inside Out Have you ever seen a woman walk in the room and instantly think, “Who’s that Woman?” It usually has nothing to do with the clothes she’s wearing or the car she drove, but the confidence that she exhibits when she walks in the room. Women are not magically blessed with confidence and great self-esteem, but they are skills than can be learned. Join Dale Smith Thomas as she helps you navigate the waters of self-doubt and teaches you to discover your personal keys to confidence that will help you become healthier mind, body and spirit. Pulling from her own life lessons of low self-esteem, overcoming an eating disorder and a failed marriage, this now self-proclaimed unapologetic optimist will share ideas with you that can help you discover your greatest gifts.
