Unit 2: Multiplication and Division
This week we will continue our unit on multiplication and division.
Students will be learning that multiplication is repeated
addition. Students will learn that multiplication can be
represented as repeated addition, adding groups of things, or
in arrays. Students will also learn that multiplication and
division are inverse operations (they undo each other) because
they are in the same fact family.

We are already practicing for the 1st Math Challenge. The 1
Math Challenge will cover 90 multiplication facts. Students
must get 81 correct in 4 minutes. Please practice
multiplication facts each night!
