September 5, 2017 (Tuesday): General Membership Meeting–River Parish
Please join us for a three-part series with Stacey Denham. MSW, MPH, AE-C, who is the Associate Director of Programs & Policies for the Alzheimer’s Association LA Chapter. We will begin our series with “Know the 10 Signs.” We will meet in the Medical Office Building Conference Room, at 12 noon, 3rd floor Conference Room. Lunch will be served. RSVP Required
September 11, 2017 (Monday): Court of Two SistersPlease join us for a great buffet lunch at the world famous restaurant, the Court of Two Sisters. The building dates back to 1726 with a rich history. Cost is $35.00 which includes lunch and transportation. Time permitting we will browse historic Royal Street. RSVP Required
September 20, 2017 (Wednesday): General Membership Meeting – KennerWe have invited our Ochsner Kenner Chaplain, Ms. Cindy Harmeyer to speak to us about “Advance Directives.” She already spoke at our meeting in River Parish and all were pleased with the information they received. We will meet in the 7th floor Board Room in the Medical Office Building for 12 noon. Lunch will be served. RSVP Required
September 21, 2017 (Thursday): German American Cultural Center/Gattuso’s Restaurant
Germans have played a major role in development of Louisiana ever since they settled the German Coast or La Cote des Allemands, about 36 miles above New Orleans in 1721. Please join us as we tour this fantastic museum. We will then have lunch at Gattuso’s which has an extensive menu. Lunch on your own. Cost is $10.00 for transportationRSVP Required

When a fee is involved, it must be received within 5 days of making the reservation to confirm your seat. Please check availability with the GO office before mailing a check. All trips are non-refundable. Every attempt will be made to sell your seat to someone on the waiting list if you need to cancel, but is not guaranteed. YOU ARE NOT SCHEDULED FOR THE EVENT UNTIL THE CHECK IS RECEIVED.
