How to Start

Step 1:- To start work in new WEB CSS, type the URL PATH- inbound.dishtvbiz.lk in Google Chrome Browser.Step 2:- Login with DISHTV BIZ WEB Login ID.

Step 3 : Click on Backend Leads in More Option Tab

Step 4:- Click on Regional Callback and press GET

Step 5:- Leads will reflect below. To view the lead click on View Tagged Tkt

Step 6:- Tagging with complete details will be available, agent to refer case history and call customer for resolution.

Step 7:- Agent need to edit the complaint and update remarks as per conversation with the customer.
