REVIEW RESULTS• Series circuit = one path only• More bulbs added on a series circuit, bulbs dim.• If one bulb goes out, they all go out

• Parallel Circuit = two (or more) paths• Bulbs are brighter in a parallel circuit compared

to a series circuit.• If one bulb goes out, the other bulbs get brighter

(remain on).

• Switch = halts or allows the flow of electrons; turns circuit on and off

• Switch up = open circuit = no flow of electrons• Switch down = closed circuit = flow of electrons
