RequestTIME EXTENSION – Five years to file preliminary plat with two year extension available

through staff.

Staff recommendation - five year time extension; future extension(s) granted through PLDRB City Council and:

1. Build-out changed from 2011 to December 8, 2019 (date specific).2. “Development Review Committee” either deleted or changed to “City” or “Land

Use Administrator”, reflective of the LDC. 3. Open space definition consistent with the LDC. 4. Wetland buffers average width deleted consistent with LDC.5. Clarification - stables accessory to primary residence, not commercial use

(rental), consistent with LDC.6. Studies submitted in support of the original PUD updated in accordance with the

LDC7. Concurrency established at time of preliminary plat approval and includes

School Board, consistent with LDC.8. Dwelling unit increase(s) approved by Land Use Administrator not to exceed DRI

Threshold.
