• August/September Events -2016 Summer Event: With the exterior upgrades completed, it was the perfect time to showcase all the improvements! We held the Met Park Summer Olympics, complete with putt-putt golf, bean bag toss, and a free throw contests. Tenants could participate in two competitions to win $150 CASH! We had passport cards, where each station had to be visited for a stamp, and when completed, entered into a drawing. For our more tech savvy tenants, they could post a selfie on Instagram enjoying the event with the hashtag #metparkseattle. We also hosted a mini-doughnut food truck, fresh popped kettle korn, and a live band. It was our best event yet and tenants continued to talk about it weeks after! -Live Music by Easton Corbin: Met Park is lucky enough to have Entercom, our local radio station provider, host a live music performance by Easton Corbin, who opened for Carrie Underwood later that evening. The station gave away just 10 pairs of tickets to listeners, and supplied a pizza lunch for the winners. We are continuing to work with Entercom to host more live music in our 5-Star space. Coming Up: Revamping ‘Wellness Wednesday’ to include additional day-time yoga and boot camp classes for tenant’s to join free of charge!

Include with your PM’s reporting due the 25th of every month • This comprehensive overview quantifies usage: tenants that are particularly active (great ‘stickiness’
factor when renewing) • Also great for the leasing teams –they can offer up stats when touring new prospects, quote tenant
testimonials, etc.. • And, when budget time rolls around – handy to note where activities have flourished, what needs
tweaking, etc. • Templates and examples can be downloaded from the 5★ Portal
