5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

(i) No re-allotment requests will be considered within a period of one year.Leave taken during this period will not be counted for calculation of one-year period for considering requests for re-allotments.

(ii) Appointment is conditional to the officer's placement in the designatedCircle.

(iii) It is the officer's responsibility to send a copy of the charge report onassumption of charge on the promoted post to SPG Section of thisDirectorate for record purpose.

(iv) If there are grievances regarding seniority or any other complaint,representations, if any, should be made within 15 days from the date ofissue of this order.

(v) Officers should be relieved within 15 days from the date of issue of thisorder. In case, posting order from the allotted Circle is not received, theCircle where he/she is stationed will relieve him/her and asked theofficer to report to the allotted Circle Headquarter.

(vi) In case, an officer is not willing to accept his promotion, hisdeclination letter in writing should be received in Directorate within30 days of issue of this order, failing which, it shall be presumedthat he/ she has declined the promotion.

6. VIGILANCE/DISCIPLINARY CASE, IF ANY:

In case any vig.ldisc. Case, of the type referred to in O.M. No. 22011/2/86-Estt. (A) dated 12.01.88 from DOP&T circulated vide this office memo No. 25-19/88-SPG dated 04.05.88 (subsequently) revised vide DOP&T memo No.2202214/91-Estt.(A) dated 14.09.92 circulated vide this office memo no. 25-19/88-SPG dated 13.10.92 and DoP&T OM No. 22034/4/2012-Estt(D) dated 02nd

November 2012 is pending against the officials, they should not be relieved forposting without obtaining specific orders from this office. The official against whomany punishment is current except censure and recovery of money, they should notbe promoted before expiry of currency of punishment. A report in this regard besubmitted immediately.

7. PROBATION PERIOD:

The officials who have been promoted to the Postal Service Group'S' cadrewill be on probation for two years and then their suitability to hold this post will beadjudged on completion of two years of probation. If any official proceeds on leavefor a period exceeding 30 days during this period, the probation period will beextended depending upon the period of leave. ~

8. TRAINING:

The official will be directly promoted to Postal Service Group 'B' cadrewithout any training for the present. However, they will have to undergo theprescribed training as and when notified by Director, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai, NationalPostal Academy Ghaziabad. A copy of the certificate given by Director, RafiAhmed Kidwai, National Postal Academy, Ghaziabad on successful completion oftraining may be forwarded to SPG Section of this Directorate for record.

9. OPTION FOR FIXATION OF PAY:

If the officer who wishes to give option for choosing date for fixation of payunder FR-22(I](a)(1) should do so within one month from the date of assumption ofcharge on promotion.

10. OFFICERS ALLOTED OUT OF THEIR PARENT CIRCLES.

The Circles will immediately issue posting orders and in any case notlater than 25.10.2013. The CPMsG of the concerned Circle will report toDirectorate regarding assumption of charge and relief of officers in theirCircle in a consolidated manner by 31.10.2013 positively .:
