7. Under Temporary Files,click on the drop down menusto determine how long to keepfiles in the recycle bin, and ifyou want files removed fromyour Downloads folder.

8. Under Locally availablecloud content, click the dropdown menu to determinewhen you want files sent backto the cloud to free up spaceon your computer.

2. Open a file to get the whitecircle, with a green check. Thismeans you downloaded the fileto your computer, and StorageSense will place the file online ifit is not opened after thedetermined set of time. (Section 1B, Page 3)

1. The Cloud icon means thatyour file is being storedonline, and not taking upspace on your computer. Toaccess the file, you need tohave an internet connection.

3. Under Privacy settings,choose to make the grouppublic or private. This optionwill not be available until youfill in the Site name field.
