JUICE PLUS+ CUSTOMERS

At NSA customer service, we often experience that the customers are not aware of how our business and how our terms and conditions are working. Many customers do not know they have ordered a subscription with automatic delivery every 4th month. Even though the 100 DayProgram helps us preventing too many return of product issues it is very important that you explain to your customer what the terms and conditions are. Regarding the payment with the 4 installments, they have to understand that we every month for 4 month will draw money from their credit card and only after the 4th drawing they have paid their Juice Plus+

When the customers choose to be a part of our Children’s Health Study, with free product to the child, they are not always aware that they have to answer the questionnaires as a part of the study, and that they actually commit their child to the study for one year (at least three deliveries).

And finally we experience that a new partner who have signed up to be distributor, do not know that they will be charged a distributor fee and this is the reason why we need their credit card number.
