1. INTRODUCTION This manual was created to help you install and learn all about the functional possibilities of the NWL/NWS scale.

WARNINGS The scales should be sited in a location that will not degrade the accuracy.

Avoid extremes of temperature. Do not place in direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents.

Avoid unsuitable tables. The tables or floor must be rigid and not vibrate. Do not place near vibrating machinery.

Avoid unstable power sources. Do not use near large users of electricity such as welding equipment or large motors.

Avoid high humidity that might cause condensation. Avoid direct contact with water. Do not spray or immerse the scales in water.

Avoid air movement such as from fans or opening doors. Do not place near open windows.

Keep the scales clean.

Do not stack material on the scales when they are not in use.

3. INSTALLATION a) Unpack then product. b) Level the platform by adjusting the adjustable feet until the bubble is in the centre of the level. The stability of the platform is very important. ALL THE CORNERS MUST REST IN A UNIFORM WAY. Carefully check that all feet fully rest on the ground and that the platform, loaded on the corner, is not unstable (if a corner is not resting on the ground its relative foot is easier to turn).

3.1 POWER SUPPLY AND START-UP The indicator can be powered with a fitted external power adapter or just with the fitted battery. NOTE: it is advisable to completely recharge the battery (12 hours) with the first installation of the instrument. TO POWER the instrument through the 240 Vac mains put the AC/DC power plug in the appropriate socket under the scale and the power adapter in the 240 Vac mains socket.

TO TURN ON/TURN OFF the instrument, press the TARE-On/Off key at length. The display shows: UL569 XX_X is the name of the model: "NW_" for NWL/NWS or "NW_H" for NWLH/NWSH 02.YY is the installed software version.

The indicator has an “auto zero at start-up” function: in other words it means that if at start-up a weight within +/- 10% of the capacity is detected, it will be zeroed; if the weight is not within this tolerance, with a non approved instrument the display shows the present weight after a few instants, while with an approved instrument “ZerO” is shown continuously on the display, until the weight does not re-enter within this tolerance.

After this, it shows “hi rES” (in case of NOT approved instrument) or “LEGAL” (in case of approved instrument).

3.2 BATTERY POWERED The weighing indicator can be operated from the battery if desired.

When the battery needs charging the “- LO -” message on the display appears. The battery should be charged when the message appears. The scale will still operate for some minutes after which it will automatically switch off to protect the battery.

To charge the battery simply plug into the mains power. The scale does not need to be turned on.

The battery should be charged for 12 hours for full capacity.

One can find the “- - AC - -” message on the display to indicate the status of battery charging. When the scale is plugged into the mains power the internal battery will be charged.

As the battery is used it may fail to hold a full charge. If the battery life becomes unacceptable then contact your distributor

4. FRONT PANEL KEYS AND INDICATORS

4.1 FUNCTION OF THE KEYS

ZERO-B.L.

- It clears the displayed gross weight if it’s within +/- 2% of the total capacity. - If pressed at length it allows the backlight set (see section 5.10).

TARE-On/Off

- It executes the semiautomatic tare. - If pressed at length it turns on/off the scale.

ENTER

- If pressed at length it allows the modification of the gravity of calibration and use zones (see section 6.2).

- A secondary function of confirming the value when setting parameters or other functions.

- Function of incrementing the active digit when setting a value for parameters or other functions.

CALI.

- If pressed at length it access to the calibration with no zero acquisition and no capacity selection (see section 6.3).

- Pressed in weighing phase together with the ENTER key, it access to the setting of the number of divisions and zero tracking (see section 6.1).

- Pressed at start-up, during self-checking, together with the ENTER key, it access to the calibration with zero acquisition and capacity selection (see section 6.4).

U

- It executes the conversion between “kg” and “lb (see section 5.6).

MODE

- It allows the selection of the functioning mode: weighing, counting, percentile weight (see section 5.5)

- Pressed at start-up, during self-checking together with the SET key it access to the setting of the FILTER (see section 6.5).

- Secondary function to return to normal operation when the scale is in a parameter setting mode.

SET

- When in weighing mode, it allows to set the weight thresholds (see section 5.9). - When in counting or percentile mode, it allows to execute a new reference or

matching operation (see section 5.7 and 5.8).

4.2 FUNCTION OF THE INDICATORS

INDICATOR FUNCTION

0 Indicates that the weight detected on the weighing system is near zero.

NET Indicates that the displayed weight is a net weight.

PCS Indicates that the number of sampled pieces is being displayed (see section 5.7).

% Indicates that the weight is displayed in percentile of the sample weight (see section

5.8).

kg Indicates the unit of measure in use (kilogram).

lb Indicates the unit of measure in use (pounds).

5. OPERATION

5.1 AUTOMATIC ZERO UPON START-UP The indicator has an “auto zero at start-up” function: in other words it means that if at start-up a weight within +/- 10% of the capacity is detected, it will be zeroed; if the weight is not within this tolerance, the display shows “Err 2” and with a non approved instrument the present weight after a few instants, while with an approved instrument “ZERO” is shown continuously.

5.2 SCALE ZERO FUNCTION When there is no item on the scale but reading is not zero, press the ZERO key to turn on 0 indicator. If the weight is greater than +/- 2% in respect to the capacity, the zeroing will have no effect.

5.3 TARE FUNCTION Put container on the platter, once the weight reading is stable, press the TARE key, the NET indicator will be on and the container’s weight will be deducted. When it is time to clear the TARE, take off the container, and press TARE key again.

5.4 OVERLOAD MESSAGE Please do not add item that is over the maximum capacity. When reading “- OF -” and hear beeping sound, remove the item on the platter to avoid damage to the load cell.

5.5 FUNCTIONING MODE SELECTION The scale will go into the weighing mode after the start-up. The signals of “Zero” and “kg” are set. One may press MODE several times to choose the three modes: weighing, counting, percentile weight.

5.6 UNIT OF MEASURE CONVERSION By pressing the U key the conversion between “kg” and “lb takes place; the relative symbol will turn on in the display (see section 4.2). NOTE: - The function is not available if the counting or the percentile mode is select. - With an APPROVED instrument the display time of the weight in pounds is 5 seconds, after which the display then returns to showing in the scale unit of measure.

5.7 COUNTING PIECES Through the reference function it’s possible to use the scale as a piece counter.

COUNTING PROCEDURE The operations to be carried out are the following: 1) Place the empty container on the scale and press TARE to tare it. 2) Check that the zero is on the display and press MODE several times to set the counting mode (see section 5.5).

NOTE: Press SET if a sampling has already been made. 3) The display suggests a REFERENCE QUANTITY. The possible options are: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 100.

4) Press ↑ the number of times needed to reach the desired sample size and press ENTER.

5) The display will indicate "LOAD-C": put the quantity of pieces chosen for the SAMPLE on the scale and press ENTER when the weight is stable, the indicator will calculate the Average Piece Weight (APW). After a few instants the display will indicate the quantity selected put on the platform.

6) Add the rest of the items to count in the container and whose value will appear on the display. 7) Unload the scale; the APW will remain stored in memory for the next counting of similar pieces, without having to

repeat the REFERENCE operation. 8) To cancel or to carry out a new reference operation, press the SET key and repeat the operations as describe

in point 3). NOTES a. When the weight window displays “-LAC-”, it means the Average Piece Weight is less than 80% of division. You

still can count but the counting may be inaccurate. The signal will disappear after about 3 seconds.

b. When the weight window displays “-CSL-”, it means the weight of sample is not enough at all. Please press SET to re-sample. Press ENTER to exit back to the counting model.

c. Press SET to exit from the sample state in the process of sample.

5.8 SAMPLE WEIGHT PERCENTILE

In this functioning mode, the display shows the weight expressed as a percentile, comparing it with a reference weight for which the 100 percentile has been already linked.

MATCHING PROCEDURE - Check that the zero is on the display and press MODE several times to set the percentile mode (see section 5.5).

NOTE: Press SET if a sampling has already been made. - The display will indicate "LOAD-P": it is possible to proceed in 2 modes:

a. Put the reference weight correspondent to 100% on the scale and press the ENTER key.

b. Press U key to enter the weight correspondent to 100%: Use the ↑ key to increase the value of digit and

ENTER to go on the following digit. - The scale has executed the percentile matching and displays the percentile of the weight on the scale. - Unload the scale: the following weighs will be expressed as a percentage in reference to the reference weight. - To cancel or execute a new matching operation, press the SET key and repeat the operations described above.

NOTES When the sample weighed less than 0.1% FS., the weight window displays “-PSL-”. It means the sample is not enough. One should re-sample. Press SET to re-sample. Press ENTER to exit back to the weighing model. Press SET to exit from the sample state in the process of sample.

5.9 CHECKING WEIGHT

The scale is fitted with the weight check function with 2 thresholds. An acoustic alarm is enabled on the basis of the set thresholds and the weighing result. The check can be made on the weight. 5.9.1 SETTING OF THE WEIGHT THRESHOLDS Press MODE several times to set the weighing mode (see section 5.5), then press SET:

- The display alternates the “- HI -” message with the set upper limit value “XXX.XXX”: press ↑ to modify it.

- Use the ↑ key to increase the value of the digit and the ENTER key to go on the following digit.

- Once the last upper limit digit is confirmed, the display alternates the “- LO -” message with the set lower limit

value “XXX.XXX”: press ↑ to modify it.

- Use the ↑ key to increase the value of the digit and the ENTER key to go on the following digit.

- Once the last lower limit digit is confirmed, the display shows the set alarm method “- XX -”: press ↑ to select if

the acoustic alarm should enable when the weight is in the range (“- IN -”), when the weight is out of the range (“- OUT -”) or disable the alarm and consequently the function (“- NO -”).

- The thresholds are configured and the indicator returns to weighing. 5.9.2 ACOUSTIC INDICATION OF THE WEIGHT CHECK Put a weight on the plate of the scale, the alarm will enable depending on which method has been configured:

WITH ALARM METHOD SET TO “- IN -” - The alarm will turn on when the detected weight is between the LOWER THRESHOLD and the UPPER

THRESHOLD. - The alarm will turn off when the detected weight exceeds the UPPER THRESHOLD and when is less than the

LOWER THRESHOLD. WITH ALARM METHOD SET TO “- OUT -” - The alarm will turn on when the detected weight exceeds the UPPER THRESHOLD and when is less than the

LOWER THRESHOLD. - The alarm will turn off when the detected weight is between the LOWER THRESHOLD and the UPPER

THRESHOLD.

NOTES - The display shows the “Err-Lo” message when one enters a lower limit greater than the upper limit. - The weight check is enabled with a weight greater than 0. - The high limit and low limit set in the weighing model are saved in the scale.

6. SET-UP

6.1 NUMBER OF DIVISIONS AND ZERO TRACKING Press ENTER and CALI. keys at length:

- The display shows the set number of divisions “d XXXX”: press ↑ to select 3000, 6000 or 7500; in the

NWLH/NWSH models it is possible to select also 15000 or 30000 maximum divisions. - By pressing the ENTER key the display shows the set zero tracking value “ZEr X.X”, in other words, scale’s

thermal drift compensation parameter; the set value corresponds to the number of divisions which is cleared.

Press ↑ to select 0.0 (disabled), 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 or 3.5.

- Press ENTER to confirm.

6.2 GRAVITY OF CALIBRATION AND USE ZONES

a) Keep pressed the ENTER key for about 4 seconds: the display will show "CAL_G".

b) Press ↑: input the gravity value of the calibration zone, by increasing the digit with the ↑ key, and by confirming it

to set the successive digit by pressing ENTER. c) Once the last digit is confirmed the display will show "CAL_G".

d) Press ↑: input the gravity value of the use zone, by increasing the digit with the ↑ key, and by confirming it to set

the successive digit by pressing ENTER. e) Once the last digit is confirmed the scale return in weighing mode.

6.3 CALIBRATION WITH NO ZERO ACQUISITION AND NO CAPACITY SELECTION PREMISE: Set the gravity of calibration and use zones (see section 6.2). Keep pressed the CALI. key for about 4 seconds. Calibrate after the weight window displays “CAL.”. There are two ways to calibrate:

1. Full range load: Put enough weight on the platform according to the full scale. Press ENTER to make sure. 2. Random load:

a. Press SET. b. Input the weight you want to load by increasing the digit with the ↑ key, and by confirming it to set the

successive digit by pressing ENTER. c. Then load the corresponding weight. Press ENTER to make sure. Press MODE to exit from the calibration state in

the process of calibrating.

6.4 CALIBRATION WITH ZERO ACQUISITION AND CAPACITY SELECTION PREMISE: Set the gravity of calibration and use zones (see section 6.2).

1. Turn off/on the scale. 2. Press both the ENTER and CALI. keys during the turning on. 3. By pressing the ↑ key one selects the available scale capacities: 1.5, 3, 6, 15, 30, 60. Confirm with ENTER. 4. Unload the scale and press ENTER. 5. Load a weight equal to the half capacity and press ENTER. 6. Load a weight equal to the capacity and press ENTER.

6.5 WEIGHING FILTER 1. Press both the MODE and SET keys at start-up, during self-checking. 2. By pressing the ↑ key one selects the available filter: SPd 0, SPd 1, SPd 2. The higher the filter value, and greater is

its intervention. 3. Confirm with ENTER.

6.6 DISPLAY BACKLIGHT By keeping pressed the ZERO-B.L key, the display will scroll the possible activation modes; release the key when the desired functioning is displayed: OFF backlighting always off. ON backlighting always on. AUTO backlighting on when the weight is unstable or when a key is pressed. The backlighting remains active for 5

seconds.

7. MESSAGES MESSAGES DESCRIPTION RESOLUTION

- - OF - - Over range Remove weight from the scale.

Err 2 / ZERO Zero Error Upon start-up or when the ZERO key is pressed, the weight on the scale exceeds the +/- 10% of the max. capacity. Remove the excess weight and retry.

UNSTA Auto Zero Error

Upon start-up, the weight on the scale is not stable to be zeroed. It maybe because of the platform’s intensity is too low or the platform is shaken strongly. You may strengthen the platform or avoid the shake.

- - ADC - - Input signal overflow error

Indicates that the A/D converter value is overflows: - Remove the weight from the scale if it’s exceeding. - The load cell or the electronics could be damaged.

- LO - Accumulator voltage low

One can use the scale in a short time, but you should plug in the AC plug as soon as possible to recharge the accumulator.

- SYS - Calibration error Please re-calibrate the scale with the procedure with zero acquisition (see section 6.4). If the problem persists contact the dealer.

- - AC - - Accumulator recharge.

Err - Lo Alarm setting wrong Please reset the alarm value.

RECYCLING INSTRUCTION

The crossed-out wheeled bin on the product means that at the product end of life, it must be taken to separate collection or to the reseller when a new equivalent type of equipment is purchased. The adequate differentiated refuse collection in having the product recycled, helps to avoid possible negative effects on the environment and health and supports the recycling of the materials of which the equipment is made. The unlawful disposal of the product by the user will entail fines foreseen by the current regulations.

This device conforms to the essential standards and norms relative to the applicable European regulations. The Declaration of Conformity is available in the web site www.diniargeo.com

WARRANTY

Scale House products are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from delivery, excluding the parts classified as expendable materials such as mechanical printing heads, batteries, electric motors and wheels. The warranty for these expendable materials is three months. The warranty refers to breakdowns resulting from any construction defect or material defect of the product supplied and covers the cost of labor and spare parts. The product must be returned to the Seller address in its original packaging with shipping paid by the sender. The warranty does not apply to breakdowns due to improper use or non-observance of the operating instructions, electrical phenomenon, unauthorized repair attempt, connection to other equipment or removal of any product identification elements (serial number, label, etc.). This warranty does not provide for any compensation for damages, direct or indirect, incurred by the user due to complete or partial failure of instruments, even during the warranty period. The warranty for the load cells excludes the damages caused by knocks and overloads.

1. EINLEITUNG Diese Beschreibung erklärt Ihnen den Einsatz und die Funktionen der NWL/NWS Waage.

HINWEISE

Die Waage soll an einem Ort eingesetzt werden welcher die Genauigkeit nicht beeinträchtigt.

Extreme Temperaturen vermeiden. Nicht in direktem Sonnenlicht oder bei Ventilatoren betreiben.

Achten Sie auf stabile Auflage. Tisch oder Boden muss eben und frei von Vibrationen sein. Nicht in der Nähe von vibrierenden Maschinen betreiben.

Achten Sie auf ein sauberes Netz. Nicht an der gleichen Steckdose mit großen Geräten oder Motoren anschließen.

Nicht in hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit betreiben. Direkten Kontakt mit Wasser vermeiden. Nicht in Wasser eintauchen oder ansprühen.

Vermeiden Sie Zugluft von offenen Fenstern oder Ventilatoren. nicht in der Nähe von Türen platzieren.

Halten Sie die Waage sauber.

Stapeln Sie keine Waren auf die unbenutzte Waage.

3. INSTALLATION a) Die Verpackung öffnen. b) Nivellieren Sie die Waage mittels der Stellfüße bis die Libelle im Zentrum ist. Ein stabiler Standort der Waage ist sehr wichtig. ALLE ECKEN MÜSSEN GLEICHMÄSSIG STEHEN. Überprüfen Sie gründlich, dass alle Füße auf dem Boden feststehen, und dass die Waage bei Ecklast nicht instabil ist (Die Waage darf nicht „kippeln“).

3.1 STROMVERSORGUNG UND INBETRIEBNAHME Die Waage kann mit dem Netzteil oder der internen Batterie betrieben werden. ANMERKUNG: Bei Batteriebetrieb wird empfohlen, bei der Geräteinstallation die Batterie voll aufzuladen (12 Stunden).

ZUR VERSORGUNG des Gerätes mit Netzspannung, muss der kleine Stecker des serienmäßigen AC/DC-Netzteils in die dafür vorgesehene Buchse unter der Waage, gesteckt werden.

ZUM EINSCHALTEN/ ABSCHALTEN des Gerätes, die Taste TARE-On/Off bis zum Einschalten gedrückt halten.

Das Display zeigt nacheinander: UL569 XXX gibt den Modelnamen an: "NW_" fur NWL/NWS oder "NW_H" fur NWLH/NWSH 02.YY gibt die installierte Softwareversion an. Die Anzeige hat eine “automatische Nullstellungsfunktion” während des Starts: sollte dabei ein Gewicht von +/- 10% der Kapazität ermittelt werden, erfolgt automatische Nullstellung; wenn das Gewicht nicht innerhalb dieses Bereiches liegt, wird bei einem nicht geeichten Instrument am Display das gegenwärtige Gewicht nach wenigen Augenblicken angezeigt. Während bei einem geeichten Instrument “Zero” fortlaufend auf dem Display gezeigt wird, solange wie das Gewicht nicht in den Toleranzbereich zurückgeführt wird. Danach wird “hi rES” (falls NICHT geeicht) oder “LEGAL” (falls geeicht) angezeigt.

3.2 BATTERIEBETRIEB Die Waage kann, wenn gewünscht, auch batteriebetrieben genutzt werden.

Muss die Batterie geladen werden, so erscheint das “- LO -” Mitteilung im Display. Die Batterie sollte geladen werden, wenn das Symbol aufleuchtet. Die Waage arbeitet noch ca. 10 Minuten, bis sie sich automatisch ausschaltet, um die Batterie zu schützen.

Um die Batterie zu laden, stecken Sie einfach das Netzteil ein. Die Waage braucht nicht eingeschaltet zu sein.

Um die volle Kapazität der Batterie zu erreichen, sollte der Ladevorgang mindestens 12 Stunden andauern.

Auf der linken Seite des Displays befindet sich die “- - AC - - ” Mitteilung, die den Zustand des Akkus anzeigt. Wird die Waage mit dem Steckernetzteil betrieben, wird der interne Akku geladen. Die Kapazität des Akkus kann mit der Zeit abnehmen. Wenn die Betriebsdauer sehr stakt abgenommen hat, setzten Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Händler in Verbindung.

4.1 TASTENFUNKTIONEN

ZERO-B.L.

- Löschen des Brutto-Gewichts, bis +/-10% des max. Wägebereichs. - Bei kurzem drücken, erlaubt es das Einstellen des Hinterleuchtungsmodus (Siehe

Abschnitt 5.10).

TARE-On/Off

- Abzug der Tarawerte und Änderung von Brutto- auf Netto-Modus. - Schaltet die Waage an/aus bei längerem Drücken.

ENTER

- Bei längerem drücken, erlaubt es Ihnen hier den Gravitationswert zu verändern (siehe Kap. 6.2).

- Als zweite Funktion bestätigen Sie die Eingabe beim Setzen der Parameter oder anderen Funktionen.

↑

- Als zweite Funktion zum Erhöhen der aktiven Einheit beim Setzen der Parameter oder anderen Funktionen.

CALI.

- Langes Drücken zum Kalibrierung ohne Nullabgleich und Ohne Auswahl des Wägebereichs (siehe Kap. 6.3).

- Wird diese Taste beim Wägeprozess zusammen mit ENTER gedrückt, gelangt man zu den Einstellungen der Anzahl der Teilungen und der Nullnachführung (siehe Kap. 6.1).

- Durch Drücken dieser Taste beim Einschalten - während des Selbsttest - zusammen mit der ENTER, gelangt man zur Kalibrierung mit Nullabgleich und Auswahl des Wägebereichs (siehe Kap. 6.4).

4.2 SYMBOL-FUNKTION

5. FUNKTIONEN

5.1 AUTOMATISCHE NULLSTELLUNG BEIM EINSCHALTEN Wird die Waage eingeschaltet wenn ein Gewicht auf der Platte liegt, dann wird die Waage nullgestellt wenn das aufgelegte Gewicht innerhalb +/- 10% in Bezug auf den Wägebereich ist. Ist das Gewicht außerhalb dieses Wertes erscheint “Err 2”. Bei ungeeichten Waagen wird die Waage nach kurzer Zeit nullgestellt jedoch erscheint periodisch “ZERO”.

5.2 NULLSTELLUNG DER WAAGE Wenn kein Gegenstand auf der Waage liegt, aber nicht Null angezeigt wird, drücken Sie die Taste ZERO, um das Anzeigegerät auf Null zu stellen. Wenn der Wert größer als +/- 2% in Bezug auf den Wägebereich ist, wird die Taste keine Wirkung zeigen.

5.3 TARA FUNKTIONEN Stellen Sie einen Behälter auf die Schale, wenn die Gewichtsanzeige stabil ist, drücken Sie die Taste TARE. Durch die Tarafunktion wird das Gewicht des Behälters abgezogen. Zum Löschen der Tara, nehmen Sie den Behälter herunter und drücken erneut TARE.

5.4 ÜBERLAST WARNUNG Bitte legen Sie keine Gegenstände auf die Waage, welche die maximale Kapazität übersteigen. Wenn “- OF -“ angezeigt wird und ein piepen ertönt, nehmen Sie den Gegenstand von der Schale um eine Beschädigung der Wägezelle zu vermeiden.

5.5 AUSWAHL DES BETRIEBSART

Nach dem Selbsttest geht die Waage in den Wägemodus. Die Symbole „ZERO“ und „kg“ werden angezeigt. Mit der Taste MODE können nun die verschiedenen Modi gewählt werden: Wägen, zählen, prozentuale Anzeige.

5.6 AUSWAHL DER GEWICHTSEINHEIT

Mit der Taste U kann zwischen “kg” und “lb” gewählt werden; das entsprechende Symbol wird im Display Angezeigt (siehe Kap. 4.2). ANM.: - Diese Funktion ist im Stückzähl-Modus und Prozentual-Modus nicht verfügbar. - Für ein GEEICHTES Instrument gilt außerdem die Visualisierungszeit des Gewichts in Pfund beträgt 5 Sekunden; anschließend kehrt die Visualisierung wieder zur herkömmlichen Maßeinheit der Waage zurück.

5.7 STÜCKZÄHLUNG

Eine der möglichen Funktionen ist die Stückzählung. ABLAUF ZÄHLUNG

Die auszuführenden Arbeitsschritte sind folgende: 1) Legen Sie einen Behälter auf die Waage und tarieren Sie die Waage. 2) Überprüfen Sie, dass die Anzeige NULL ist und Taste MODE drücken um zur Referenzgewicht Eingabe zu

gelangen. ANM.: SET drücken, falls das Sampling bereits durchgeführt wurde.

3) Im Display werden mögliche Referenz-Stückzahlen vorgeschlagen. Diese sind: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200,500 und 1000.

4) Drücken Sie ↑ so oft, bis die gewünschte Menge angezeigt wird und ENTER drücken.

5) Im Display wird „LOAD-C” angezeigt: geben Sie nun eine bestimmte Stückzahl als Referenz auf die Waage und drücken Sie ENTER wenn das Gewicht stabil ist, der Indikator berechnet das “Mittlere Stückgewicht” [Average Piece Weight (APW)]. Nach einigen Augenblicken wird die Stückzahl der auf der Waage befindlichen Teile im Display angezeigt.

6) Fügen Sie nun die zu zählenden Teile in den Behälter hinzu, die Stückzahl wird angezeigt. 7) Leeren Sie die Waage und der APW- Wert bleibt gespeichert für die nächste Zählung der gleichen Teile. Somit

müssen Sie nicht wieder den Referenzwert ermitteln. 8) Zum Abbrechen oder zur Ermittlung eines neuen Referenzwertes drücken Sie die SET Taste und

wiederholen Sie die Prozedur.

MELDUNGEN: a. Die Meldung “-LAC-”, im Display besagt, dass das Stückgewicht < 80% einer Teilung ist. Die Stückzählung ist

möglich aber ungenau. Die Meldung erscheint nach ca. 3 Sek. b. Die Meldung “-CSL-”, besagt, dass das Referenzgewicht zu gering ist. Taste SET drücken und erneuten Vorgang

starten. c. Verlassen des Zählvorgangs mit Taste SET.

5.8 MUSTERGEWICHT PROZENTWERT

Bei diesem Funktionsmodus zeigt das Display das Gewicht als Prozentsatz an. Dieser Prozentsatz wird mit einen Referenzgewicht verglichen, der als 100% eingegeben wurde.

MATCHING PROCEDURE - Überprüfen an der Anzeige, ob die Waage auf Null steht und mehrmals MODE drücken, um den Prozentwert-

Modus einzustellen (siehe Abschnitt 5.5). ANMERKUNG: Drücken Sie SET, falls schon ein Sampling durchgeführt worden ist. - Das Display wird anschließend "LOAD-P" anzeigen : es ist möglich zweierlei fortzufahren:

a. Auf die Waage das zu 100% entsprechende Referenzgewicht legen und die ENTER Taste drücken.

b. Drücken Sie U, um das zu 100% entsprechende Gewicht einzugeben. Verwenden Sie die ↑ Taste, um den

Ziffernwert zu erhöhen und ENTER, um zur nächsten Ziffer zu gelangen. - Die Waage hat den prozentuellen Abgleich ausgeführt und zeigt den Prozentwert des Gewichts auf dem Display

an. - Entladen Sie die Waage: die nächsten Wägungen werden im Bezug zum Referenzgewicht als Prozent

ausgedrückt. - Um den Vorgang zu löschen oder einen neuen Abgleichvorgang durchzuführen, SET drücken und die oben

beschriebenen Schritte wiederholen. MELDUNGEN: Wenn das Stückgewicht kleiner als 0.1% des Wägebereiches ist, erscheint die Fehlermeldung “-PSL-”. Vorgang durch drücken von SET mit größerem Gewicht wiederholen. Mit ENTER gelangt man zurück in den Wägemodus.

5.9 GEWICHTS-CHECK

Die Waage verfügt über eine Gewichts-Check-Funktion mit zwei Schwellwerten. Ein akustisches Signal wird aufgrund der Schellwerte und des Wägeresultates aktiviert. Der Check kann auf das Gewicht durchgeführt werden.

5.9.1 SETZEN DER SCHALTPUNKTE Drücken Sie mehrmals MODE, um den Wägemodus einzustellen (siehe Abschnitt 5.5), anschließend SET drücken: - Das Display zeigt abwechselnd die Nachricht „- HI -” und den Wert des oberen Schaltpunkts „XXX.XXX“ an: Zum

Ändern die ↑ Taste drücken.

- Verwenden Sie die ↑ Taste, um den Wert zu erhöhen und die ENTER -Taste, um mit der nächsten Ziffer weiter

zu machen. - Nach Bestätigung des letzten oberen Schaltpunkts, zeigt das Display abwechselnd die Nachricht „- LO -” und den

Wert „XXX.XXX“ des unteren Schaltpunkts an. Zum Ändern die ↑ Taste drücken.

- Verwenden Sie die ↑ Taste, um den Wert zu erhöhen und die ENTER -Taste, um mit der nächsten Ziffer weiter

zu machen. - Nach Bestätigung des letzten unteren Schaltpunkts, zeigt das Display die Art des eingestellten Alarms an „ - XX -”:

Die Taste ↑ drücken, um auszuwählen ob das akustische Signal aktiviert werden soll, wenn das Gewicht

innerhalb des eingestellten Bereichs liegt („IN“); „OUT“ dagegen wenn es außerhalb des Bereichs liegt oder „NO“, um den Alarm und folglich auch die Funktion zu deaktivieren.

- Die Schaltpunkte sind konfiguriert und die Anzeige kehrt in den Wägemodus zurück.

5.9.2 AKUSTISCHES SIGNAL BEIM GEWICHTS-CHECK Legen Sie ein Gewicht auf die Plattform der Waage; der Alarm aktiviert sich und zwar abhängig von der Schwelle, die konfiguriert worden ist:

MIT ALARM EINGESTELLT AUF “- IN -” - Der Alarm wird aktiviert, wenn das ermittelte Gewicht zwischen den unteren Schaltpunkt und den oberen

Schaltpunkt liegt. - Der Alarm wird deaktiviert, wenn das ermittelte Gewicht den oberen Schaltpunkt überschreitet und wenn es

geringer als der untere Schaltpunkt ist. MIT ALARM EINGESTELLT AUF “- OUT -” - Der Alarm wird aktiviert, wenn das ermittelte Gewicht den oberen Schaltpunkt übersteigt und wenn es geringer

als der untere Schaltpunkt ist. - Der Alarm wird deaktiviert, wenn das ermittelte Gewicht zwischen den unteren Schaltpunkt und den oberen

Schaltpunkt liegt.

ANM.: - Das Display zeigt die “Err-Lo” Meldung an, wenn der eingegebene Wert des unteren Schaltpunkts, größer als der

des oberen Schaltpunkts ist. - Der Gewichts-Check ist bei einem Gewicht größer als Null deaktiviert. - Die in der Funktion „Wägung“ eingestellten oberen und unteren Schaltpunkte, wurden in der Waage gespeichert.

6. SET-UP

6.1 AUSWAHL DER GENAUIGKEIT UND NULLNACHFÜHRUNG Drücken Sie während des Einschaltens ENTER und CALI.:

- Im Display erscheint die eingestellte Genauigkeit “d XXXX”: Mit Drücken der ↑ Taste können Sie die verfügbaren

Auswahlmöglichkeiten auswählen: 3000, 6000 oder 7500; bei den NWLH/NWSH Modellen ist es auch möglich die maximalen Teilungen 15000 oder 30000 auszuwählen.

- Mit drücken der ENTER Taste zeigt das Display den eingestellten Nullwert “ZEr X.X”, dabei handelt es sich um einen Parameter, mit dem der Wärmedrift der Waage ausgeglichen wird. Der eingestellte Wert entspricht der Zahl der stabilen Teilungen pro 1 Sekunde, die kompensiert werden soll

- Die ↑ Taste drücken um 0.0 (deaktiviert), 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 oder 3.5 auszuwählen.

- Bestätigen Sie mit ENTER.

6.2 GRAVITATIONSWERT DER KALIBRIERUNG UND DER BENUTZUNG a) Taste ENTER für ca. 4 Sek. drücken. Das Display zeigt „CAL_G“ an.

b) Drücken Sie die Taste ↑: geben Sie nun den g-Faktor für die Kalibrierzone ein. Um den Wert einer Ziffer zu erhöhen

drücken Sie die Taste ↑. Bestätigen Sie die Eingabe Stelle für Stelle mit ENTER.

c) Sind alle Ziffern eingegeben und bestätigt zeigt das Display „CAL_G“.

d) Drücken Sie die Taste ↑: geben Sie nun den g-Faktor für die Gebrauchszone ein. Um den Wert einer Ziffer zu erhöhen

drücken Sie die Taste ↑. Bestätigen Sie die Eingabe Stelle für Stelle mit ENTER.

e) Sind alle Ziffern eingegeben und bestätigt springt die Anzeige in den Wägemodus.

6.3 KALIBRIERUNG OHNE NULLABGLEICH UND OHNE AUSWAHL DES WÄGEBEREICHS

VORAUSSETZUNG: Setzen Sie den Gravitationswert der Kalibrierung und der Benutzung (siehe Schritt 6.2).

Taste Cali. für ca. 4 Sek. drücken. Das Display zeigt “CAL.”. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten: 1. Mit voller Last: Waage mit voller Last beladen, ENTER drücken, fertig. 2. Mit Prüflast:

a. Taste SET drücken.

b. Zur Eingabe des zu ladenden Gewichts, die Taste ↑ drücken, um den Wert zu erhöhen. Bestätigen Sie diesen

Wert mit ENTER, um den nächsten Wert einzustellen. c. Laden Sie anschließend das entsprechende Gewicht. ENTER drücken, um zu bestätigen. Mit der MODE- Taste

wird die Kalibrierung verlassen.

6.4 KALIBRIERUNG MIT NULLABGLEICH UND AUSWAHL DES WÄGEBEREICHS

VORAUSSETZUNG: Setzen Sie den Gravitationswert der Kalibrierung und der Benutzung (siehe Schritt 6.2).

1) Waage Aus-/Einschalten. 2) Drücken Sie während des Einschaltens ENTER und CALI.

3) Mit drücken der ↑ Taste können Sie den möglichen Wägebereich auswählen: 1.5, 3, 6, 15, 30, 60 kg. Mit ENTER

bestätigen. 4) Entladen Sie die Waage und Drücken Sie ENTER. 5) Beladen Sie die Waagen mit dem halben Wägebereich und drücken Sie ENTER. 6) Beladen Sie die Waage mit dem vollen Wägebereich und drücken Sie ENTER.

6.5 GEWICHTSFILTER 4. Drücken Sie MODE und SET während des Anschaltens im Selbstcheck. 5. Mit ↑können Sie die möglichen Filter auswählen: SPd 0, SPd 1, SPd 2. Je höher der Filterwert, desto höher ist die

Reaktion. 6. ENTER drücken zum Bestätigen.

6.6 HINTERLEUCHTUNG

Durch lange drücken der ZERO-B.L Taste Scrollen Sie durch die folgenden Funktionsmodi der Hintergrundbeleuchtung; lassen Sie die Taste los, wenn die gewünschte Funktion im Display erscheint:

oFF Beleuchtung dauerhaft aus on Beleuchtung dauerhaft ein AUTO Beleuchtung nur ein, wenn das aufliegende Gewicht größer als 0 ist oder eine Taste gedrückt wird. Die

Beleuchtung bleibt für 5 Sekunden aktiv.

7. MELDUNGEN MELDUNGEN BESCHREIBUNG LÖSUNG

- - OF - - Überlast Entfernen Sie das Gewicht von der Waage Err 2 / ZERO Nullfindungsfehler Beim Hochfahren oder wenn ZERO gedrückt wird, überschreitet das

Gewicht +/- 10% des Wägebereiches. Entfernen Sie das Übergewicht und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang

UNSTA Nullfindungsfehler Beim Hochfahren, ist das Gewicht nicht stabil genug, um zu nullen. Die Waage steht nicht ruhig oder der Untergrund ist unruhig. Sorgen Sie für eine stabile Platzierung der Waage.

- - ADC - - A/D außerhalb Bereich

Die Werte aus dem A / D-Wandler sind außerhalb des normalen Bereichs. Entfernen Sie Last, falls überlastet; Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wägezelle angeschlossen ist. Zeigt an, dass die Wägezelle oder die Elektronik fehlerhaft ist. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler.

- SYS - Kalibrierungsfehler Die Waage muss neu kalibriert oder zur Reparatur geschickt werden. - LO - Akku fast leer Sie können die Waage kurzzeitig benutzen, sollten Sie aber so schnell

wie möglich an das Ladegerät anschließen

- - AC - - Akku geladen Err - Lo Schaltpunktefehler Die Schaltpunkte sind falsch gesetzt und müssen korrigiert werden.

ANWEISUNGEN ZUM RECYCLING

Die durchgestrichene Mülltonne auf dem Produkt bedeutet, dass Altgeräte separat entsorgt werden müssen oder bei Kauf eines Neugerätes dem Händler zurückgegeben werden können. Die entsprechende Zuführung zum Recyclingprozess hilft negative Folgen für die Umwelt und Gesundheit zu vermeiden und unterstützt die Wiederverwertung der Materialien aus denen das Gerät besteht. Das widerrechtliche Entsorgen des Produkts durch den Benutzer wird durch entsprechende gesetzliche Regulierungen geahndet.

Das Produkt muss in der originellen Verpackung zu Lasten des Käufers an die Verkaufsfirma zurückgeschickt werden. 1. INTRODUCTION

Ce manuel a été créé pour vous aider à installer et à connaître les possibilités de fonctionnement de la balance série NWL/NWS.

MISE EN GARDE La balance doit être positionnée dans un endroit permettant de la garder en bon état.

Evitez les températures extrêmes. Ne pas exposer l'instrument aux rayons directs du soleil ou près de sources de chaleur.

Posez ou fixer l'indicateur et la plate-forme sur une base non sujette à vibrations. Ne pas installer l'instrument près de machines créant des vibrations.

Evitez toute source d'alimentation instable. Ne pas utiliser près de sources importantes d'électricité.

Evitez les espaces dont le taux d'humidité est élevé car ils peuvent être à l'origine de la formation de condensation. Eviter le contact direct avec l’eau. Ne pas éclabousser la balance et ne pas la plonger dans l'eau.

Evitez les déplacements d'air tels que les courants d'air ou les portes ouvertes. Ne pas mettre l'instrument près de fenêtres ouvertes.

Veillez à ce que la balance soit toujours propre.

Ne pas laisser de matériaux sur la balance en dehors de son utilisation.

3. INSTALLATION

a) Enlevez l'emballage. b) Mettre la balance de niveau en tournant les pieds à vis jusqu'à ce que le niveau à bulle positionné sous le plateau soit au centre. La stabilité de la balance est très importante. TOUS LES ANGLES DOIVENT REPOSER UNIFORMEMENT SUR LA BASE. Veillez à ce que tous les pieds opposent une résistance à la base et à ce que la plateforme chargée dans un angle, ne soit pas instable (si un angle n'est pas posé, le pied est plus facile à tourner).

3.1 ALIMENTATION ET MISE EN MARCHE

L’indicateur peut être alimenté par le bloc d’alimentation externe (standard) ou seulement par la batterie (standard). REMARQUE : il est conseillé de recharger entièrement la batterie (12 heures) dès la première installation de

l'instrument.

POUR ALIMENTER l'instrument sur secteur à 240 Vca, branchez la fiche du bloc d’alimentation AC/DC dans la prise prévue à cet effet qui se trouve sous la balance et le bloc à votre prise secteur 240 Vac.

POUR ALLUMER / ETEINDRE l’instrument, appuyez longuement sur la touche TARE-On/Off.

L’écran affiche: UL569 XXX est le modèle : "NW_" pour NWL/NWS ou "NW_H" pour NWLH/NWSH 02.YY est la version du logiciel installée. L'indicateur est équipé d'une fonction d’un "auto zéro à l’allumage", ce qui signifie que si l’on relève un poids d'une masse de + / - 10% de la portée à l’allumage, ce poids est mis à zéro. Si le poids relevé n’est pas dans cette tolérance et que l’instrument n'est pas homologué, après quelques instants l'écran affiche le poids présent. Si l’instrument est homologué, l’écran affiche en permanence "ZERO" jusqu'à ce que le poids soit dans la tolérance. En suite l’écran affiche "hi rES" (dans le cas d’un instrument NON homologué), ou "LEGAL" (dans le cas d’un instrument homologué).

3.2 ALIMENTATION PAR LA BATTERIE Si on le souhaite, il est possible d'alimenter l’indicateur qu'avec la batterie. Si la batterie est déchargée, l’écran affiche le message “- LO -” pour indiquer que la batterie doit être rechargée. La balance reste allumée pendant quelques minutes et ensuite elle s’éteint automatiquement pour protéger la batterie.

Pour recharger la batterie, il faut simplement brancher l’instrument au réseau. Il n’est pas nécessaire que la balance soit allumée.

La batterie doit rester en charge pendant 12 heures pour une complète recharge.

Le message “- - AC - -” à l’écran PCS indique l’état de recharge de la batterie. Lorsque l’instrument est branché au réseau, la batterie interne est rechargée automatiquement.

Si la batterie est utilisée pendant sa recharge, elle pourrait ne pas se recharger complètement. Si la durée de travail de la batterie est extrêmement courte contacter le revendeur.

4. TOUCHES DU CLAVIER ET INDICATEURS NWL

4.1 FONCTION DES TOUCHES

ZERO-B.L.

- Met à zéro le poids brut affiché si le poids est compris entre +/- 2% de la portée totale. - Permet de configurer le rétro éclairage, si elle est appuyée longuement (voir paragraphe 5.10).

TARE-On/Off

- Exécute la tare semi automatique. - Allume / éteint la balance, si elle est appuyée longuement.

ENTER

- Permet de modifier la gravité de la zone d’étalonnage et d’utilisation, si elle est appuyée longuement (voir paragraphe 6.2).

- Fonction secondaire de confirmation de la valeur dans la configuration d’un paramètre ou d’autres fonctions.

↑

- Augmente le chiffre sélectionnée ou sélectionne la valeur dans la configuration d’un paramètre ou d’autres fonctions.

CALI. - Si elle est appuyée longuement, elle permet l’accès à l’étalonnage sans la saisie du zéro et sans

la sélection de la portée (voir paragraphe 6.2). - Si l’on appuie en pesage avec la touche ENTER, elle permet l’accès à la configuration du

nombre de divisions et du zéro suiveur (voir paragraphe 6.1). - Si l’on appuie à l’allumage pendant la franchise avec la touche ENTER, permet l’accès à

l’étalonnage avec la saisie du zéro et la sélection de la portée (voir paragraphe 6.3).

- Exécute la conversion entre “kg” et “lb (voir paragraphe 5.6).

- Permet la sélection du mode de fonctionnement : pesage normal, comptage de pièces, poids en pourcentage (voir paragraphe 5.5)

- Si l’on appuie à l’allumage pendant la franchise avec la touche SET, permet le filtrage (voir paragraphe 6.5).

- Fonction secondaire de sortie de la configuration d’un paramètre.

SET

- En mode pesage, elle permet de configurer les seuils de poids pour le contrôle de quantité (voir paragraphe 5.9).

- En mode compteuse ou pourcentage, elle permet d’exécuter une nouvelle référence ou une opération d’association (voir paragraphe 5.7 e 5.8).

4.2 FONCTION DES INDICATEURS

INDICATEUR FONCTION

0 Indique que le poids relevé du système de pesage se trouve à proximité du zéro.

NET Indique que la valeur affichée est un poids net.

PCS Indique que le nombre de pièces échantillonnées est affiché (voir paragraphe 5.7).

% Indique que le poids exprimé en pourcentage du poids cible est affiché (voir paragraphe 5.8).

kg Indique l’unité de mesure qu’on utilise (kilogramme).

lb Indique l’unité de mesure qu’on utilise (libre).

5. OPERATIONS

5.1 AUTO ZÉRO A L’ALLUMAGE L’indicateur est équipé d'une fonction “d’auto zéro à l'allumage” : cela veut dire que si à l'allumage un poids se trouve entre +/- 10% de la portée, ce poids est mis à zéro. Si le poids est hors des limites de cette tolérance, l'afficheur affiche le message “Err 2” et avec un instrument non homologué après quelques instants, l'afficheur affiche le poids présent. Avec un instrument homologué, le message “ZERO” est affiché en permanence sur l'afficheur.

5.2 ZERO BALANCE

Si aucun objet n'est sur la balance et si l'écran affiche un poids différent de 0, appuyez sur la touche ZERO pour le remettre à zéro (l’indicateur “ZERO” s'allume). Si le poids est supérieur +/- 2% de la porté, la mise à zéro n'aura aucune conséquence.

5.3 FONCTION DE TARE Mettez à zéro l’écran en appuyant sur ZERO si nécessaire (voir paragraphe 5.2). Le symbole “0” s’allume.

Mettez le conteneur sur la balance et quand le poids est stable appuyez sur la touche TARE.0 Le poids est mis en tare et l’indicateur “NET” s'allume, au moment d'enlever la tare, déchargez la balance et appuyez de nouveau sur TARE. Lorsqu’on ajoute un produit on ne voit que son poids. A ce moment là il est possible de mettre une autre tare qui est ajoutée à la première. Puis, l’écran affichera à nouveau uniquement le poids supplémentaire. Lorsqu’on retire le récipient, l’écran affiche une valeur négative. Pour effacer la valeur de la tare, déchargez la balance et appuyez sur TARE nouveau.

5.4 MESSAGE ‘’OVERLOAD’’ Il est recommandé de ne pas dépasser la capacité maximale de la balance, quand le message “- - - - -” s'affiche, accompagné d'un signal acoustique, enlevez immédiatement le poids afin d'éviter d'endommager le capteur de charge.

5.5 SELECTION DU MODE DE FONCTIONNEMENT Une fois la procédure d’allumage terminée, la balance entre en mode de pesage simple. Les voyants de “Zéro” et “kg” s’allument. Appuyez sur MODE plusieurs fois et choisissez l’un des trois modes de fonctionnement : pesage simple, comptage de pièces, pourcentage.

5.6 CONVERSION DE L’UNITE DE MESURE

En appuyant sur la touche U, on exécute la conversion entre kg” et “lb, l’écran affiche le symbole relatif (voir paragraphe 4.2). REMARQUE: - La fonction n’est pas disponible si la fonction comptage des pièces ou la fonction pourcentage sont actives. - L’instrument HOMOLOGUE affiche le poids en livre pendant 5 secondes et ensuite retourne à l’affichage de l’unité de mesure de la balance.

5.7 COMPTAGE DE PIÈCES La fonction de référence permet d’employer la balance comme balance de comptages pièces. PROCEDURE DE REFERENCE Les opérations à exécuter sont les suivantes : 1) Chargez le boîtier vide sur la balance s’il existe, appuyez sur TARE pour l’enregistrer en tare. 2) Assurez-vous que la balance est à zéro et appuyez sur MODE plusieurs fois pour configurer le mode comptage

de pièces (voir paragraphe 5.5). REMARQUE : Si l’on a déjà exécuté un échantillonnage appuyez sur SET.

3) L’écran suggère une QUANTITE DE REFERENCE parmi celles prévues : 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 et 100.

4) Appuyez sur ↑ plusieurs fois jusqu’à afficher la quantité choisie et appuyez sur ENTER.

5) L’écran affiche "LOAD-C": Mettez le poids-échantillon et appuyez sur ENTER lorsque le poids est stable, l’indicateur calcule le Poids Moyen par Unité (Average Piece Weight [APW]). Après quelque instant, l'écran affiche la quantité sélectionnée mise sur la balance et l’écran affiche le poids moyen unitaire calculé “Average Piece Weight”. 6) Ajoutez sur la balance la quantité à compter dont la valeur sera affichée sur l’écran. 7) Déchargez la balance. Le PMU est gardé en mémoire et vous permet d'effectuer un recomptage de pièces du même type sans répéter l’opération. 6) Afin d'annuler ou d’exécuter une nouvelle opération, appuyez sur la touche SET et répétez les étapes comme décrit au point 3. REMARQUES: a. Lorsque le symbole “-SLAC-“ est actif, cela signifie que le poids moyen par unité est inférieure à 80% de la division. Le comptage est possible, mais il pourrait être inexact. b. Lorsque le symbole “-CSL-“ est actif, cela signifie que le poids de l'échantillon n'est pas suffisant. Refaites l'échantillonnage c. Appuyez sur MODE pour quitter le mode de fonctionnement comptage de pièces.

5.8 POURCENTAGE DU POIDS CIBLE Dans ce mode de fonctionnement l’écran de l’instrument affiche le poids exprimé en pourcentage, en le comparant avec un poids de référence auquel a été associé le pourcentage 100.

PROCEDURE D’ASSOCIATION - Assurez-vous que la balance est à zéro et appuyez sur MODE plusieurs fois pour configurer le mode pourcentage

(voir paragraphe 5.5). REMARQUE : Si l’on a déjà exécuté un échantillonnage, appuyez sur SET.

- L’écran affiche "LOAD-P"; il est possible de procéder dans deux modes différents : a. Placez sur la balance le poids de référence correspondant au 100% et appuyez sur ENTER.

b. Appuyez sur la touche U pour insérer la valeur du poids correspondant au 100%, appuyez sur la touche ↑ pour augmenter la valeur du chiffre sélectionné et sur ENTER pour passer au chiffre suivant.

- La balance a exécutée l’association pourcentage et affiche le pourcentage de poids présent sur la balance.

- Déchargez la balance, les pesées successives seront exprimées en pourcentage selon le poids de référence. - Pour annuler ou exécuter une nouvelle opération d’association, appuyez sur la touche SET et répétez les

opérations décrites avant.

REMARQUE: Lorsque le poids cible pèse moins de 0.1% de la portée, l’écran affiche “-PSL-”. C'est-à-dire que le poids cible n’est pas suffisant, il faut donc refaire l’opération. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour refaire l’opération. Pendant l’opération appuyez sur SET pour sortir sans sauvegarder les changements effectués.

5.9 CONTROLE DU POIDS La balance ayant la fonction de contrôle quantité à deux seuils. Un alarme acoustique s’active selon les seuils configurés et au résultat du pesage. Le contrôle peut être exécuté sur le poids. 5.9.1 CONFIGURATIONS DES SEUILS Appuyez sur MODE plusieurs fois pour configurer le mode de pesage (voir paragraphe 5.5), en suite appuyez sur SET :

- L’écran alterne le message “- HI -” avec le seuil supérieur configurée, appuyez sur ↑ pour la modifier.

- En appuyant sur la touche ↑ on augmente la valeur du chiffre sélectionnée et sur ENTER on passe a l’unité

suivante. - Une fois le dernier chiffre configuré l’écran alterne le message “- LO -” avec le seuil inférieur à configurer, appuyez

sur la touche ↑ pour le modifier.

- En appuyant sur la touche ↑ on augmente la valeur du chiffre sélectionné et sur ENTER on passe à l’unité

suivante. - Une fois le dernier chiffre configuré l’écran affiche le mode de fonctionnement de l’alarme acoustique “- XX -”:

appuyez sur la touche ↑ pour sélectionner si l’alarme acoustique s’active quand le poids est compris dans la

gamme configurée (“- IN -”), au contraire quand il est hors de la gamme configurée (“- OUT -”) désactivez l’alarme par la fonction (“- NO -”).

- Les seuils sont configurés et l’indicateur retourne en pesage. 5.9.2 SIGNAL ACOUSTIQUE DU CONTROLE Placez un poids sur le plateau de la balance, l’alarme s’active selon les seuils configurés et le résultat de pesage:

AVEC ALARME CONFIGURE SUR “- IN -” - L’alarme s’activera quand la valeur relevée se trouve entre le SEUIL INFERIEUR et le SEUIL SUPERIEUR. - L’alarme se désactivera quand la valeur relevée est inférieure au SEUIL INFERIEUR et supérieur au SEUIL

SUPERIEUR.

AVEC ALARME CONFIGURE SUR “- OUT -” - L’alarme s’activera quand la valeur relevée est inférieure au SEUIL INFERIEUR et supérieur au SEUIL

SUPERIEUR. - L’alarme se désactivera quand la valeur relevée se trouve entre le SEUIL INFERIEUR et le SEUIL SUPERIEUR.

REMARQUE - L’écran affiche le message “Err-Lo” si on insère un seuil inférieur plus grand du seuil supérieur. - La fonction de contrôle s’active quand le poids est supérieur à 0. - Les seuils supérieurs et inférieurs sont sauvegardés dans la balance.

6. MENU DU SETUP

6.1 NOMBRE DE DIVISIONS ET ZÉRO SUIVEUR Appuyez longuement sur ENTER et CALI.: 1. L'écran affiche le nombre de divisions configuré “d XXXX”, appuyez sur ↑ pour sélectionner 3000, 6000 ou 7500. Sur les versions NWLH/NWSH il est possible de sélectionner également 15000 ou 30000 divisions maximales. 2. En appuyant sur ENTER, l’écran affiche le nombre de divisions pour la poursuite du zéro “ZEr X.X”, en d'autres

termes, le paramètre de compensation de la dérive thermique; la valeur configurée correspond au nombre de divisions qui est mis à zéro. Appuyez sur ↑ pour sélectionner 0.0 (désactivé), 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 ou 3.5.

3. Appuyez sur ENTER pour valider.

6.2 FORCE DE GRAVITE DE LA ZONE D’ETALONNAGE ET D’UTILISATION 1. Appuyez sur la touche ENTER pendant environ 4 secondes et l'écran affiche le message "CAL_G". 2. Appuyez sur la touche ↑, modifiez la valeur de la force de gravité de la zone d'étalonnage en augmentant le chiffre par la touche ↑ et confirmez-la pour passer au chiffre suivant en appuyant sur la touche ENTER. 3. Une fois le dernier chiffre validé l'écran affiche le message "USE_G". 4. Appuyez sur la touche ↑, modifiez la valeur de la force gravité de la zone d'utilisation en augmentant le chiffre par la touche ↑ et confirmez-la pour passer au chiffre suivant en appuyant sur la touche ENTER. 5 Une fois le dernier chiffre validé, la balance retourne en pesage.

6.3 ÉTALONNAGE SANS SAISIE DU ZERO ET SANS SELECTION DE LA PORTEE PROCÉDURE : Définissez la force de gravité de la zone de l'étalonnage et d'utilisation (voir paragraphe 6.2). Appuyez longtemps sur la touche CALI. jusqu'à ce que l'écran du poids affiche “-CAL.-”. L’étalonnage peut être exécuté de deux façons différentes : 1. Etalonnage à capacité maximale : mettez le poids étalon (égale à la portée) sur la balance. Appuyez sur ENTER lorsque l'indication à l'écran est stable l’étalonnage est terminé. 2. Etalonnage ave un poids étalon configurable :

a. Appuyez sur la touche SET.

b. Entrez la valeur du poids étalon, en employant la touche ↑ pour augmenter la valeur du chiffre sélectionné et

la touche ENTER pour passer au chiffre suivant. c. Mettez le poids étalon sur la balance et appuyez sur la touche ENTER pour valider ou sur MODE pour annuler.

6.4 ETALONNAGE AVEC SAISIE DU ZERO ET SELECTION DE LA PORTEE PROCÉDURE : Définissez la force de gravité de la zone d'étalonnage et d'utilisation (voir paragraphe 6.2). Eteignez et allumez à nouveau la balance. 1. Appuyez simultanément sur les touches ENTER et CALI au cours de l'allumage.

3. En appuyant sur la touche↑, sélectionnez la portée totale de la balance. Validez avec ENTER.

4. Déchargez la balance et appuyez sur la touche ENTER. 5. Posez sur la balance un poids correspondant à la moitié de la portée et appuyez sur la touche ENTER. 6. Posez sur la balance un poids correspondant à la portée totale et appuyez sur la touche ENTER.

6.5 FILTRE DE PESAGE 1. Appuyez au même temps sur les touches MODE et SET à l’allumage, pendant la franchise.

2. En appuyant sur la touche↑, on sélectionne les filtres disponibles: SPd 0, SPd 1, SPd 2. Plus la valeur du filtre est

haute et plus le filtrage est important. 3. Confirmez avec ENTER.

6.6 RETRO ÉCLAIRAGE DE L’AFFICHEUR En appuyant sur la touche ZERO-B.L, l’écran défile les possibles modes d’activation, libérez la touche quand le mode de fonctionnement souhaité est affiché:

OFF rétro éclairage toujours éteint. ON rétro éclairage toujours allumé. AUTO rétro éclairage allumé seulement quand le poids est supérieur à 0 ou quand on appuie sur une touche. Le rétro éclairage reste actif pendant 5 secondes.

7. MESSAGES D’ERREUR MESSAGES D’ERREUR DESCRIPTION RESOLUTION

- - OF - - Hors portée - Enlevez le poids en excès sur la balance.

Err 2 / ZERO Erreur d’exécution zéro

A l’allumage ou lorsqu’on appuie sur la touche ZERO, le poids sur la balance excède le pourcentage +/- 10% de la portée maximale. - Enlevez le poids en excès.

UNSTA Erreur d’auto zéro

A l’allumage, le poids sur la balance est trop instable pour être mis à zéro.

- - ADC - - Erreur de signal en entrée hors portée

Indique que la valeur du convertisseur A/D est supérieure à la valeur maximale. Le capteur de charge ou l’électronique peuvent être endommagés. - Enlever le poids sur la balance en excès.

- SYS - Erreur d’étalonnage Etalonnez la balance avec la procédure d’étalonnage avec la saisie du zéro (voir paragraphe 6.3). Si le problème persiste contactez votre revendeur.

- LO - Tension de batterie basse

On peut employer la balance quand la batterie est déchargée, mais il faut brancher rapidement la balance au réseau pour la charger.

- - AC - - Recharge batterie

Err - Lo Erreur de configuration des seuils

Configurez correctement le seuil du poids inférieur.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’ÉVACUATION Le symbole de la poubelle sur roues barrée d’une croix signifie que ce produit doit faire l’objet d’une collecte sélective en fin de vie, ou être rendu au revendeur au moment de son remplacement avec un produit équivalent. Une bonne collecte sélective contribue à éviter des effets nuisibles à l’environnement et à la santé et aide le recyclage des matériaux. L’élimination abusive de ce produit par l’utilisateur comporte l’application des sanctions administratives prévues par la législation en la matière.

GARANTIE

Les produits Scale House sont garantis pendant une durée de douze mois à compter de la date de livraison, exclus les consommables (par exemple têtes d’impression, batteries, roues et moteurs électriques) pour les quels la durée de la garantie est de trois mois. La garantie se réfère à des dommages résultant d'un défaut de fabrication ou d'un défaut du produit et elle comprend la main d'œuvre et le remplacement des pièces défectueuses. Le produit doit être retourné dans son emballage d'origine avec la livraison à la charge de l'expéditeur au siège de la société qui a vendu le produit. La garantie ne s'applique pas aux défauts causés par une mauvaise utilisation et par un non respect des consignes d'utilisation, phénomène électrique, réparation non autorisée, relié vers d'autres équipements ou lorsque les éléments d'identification du produit sont altérés ou retirés (numéro de série, étiquette, etc.). Ne sont pas couvert également toutes les indemnités pour les dommages, directs ou indirects, causés à l'utilisateur par la défaillance partielle ou complète des instruments, même pendant la période de garantie. La présente garantie ne couvre pas les dommages des capteurs de charge dus à des chocs ou surcharges.

1. INTRODUZIONE

Questo manuale è stato creato per aiutarla nell'installazione e nella conoscenza delle possibilità funzionali della bilancia serie NWL/NWS.

AVVERTENZE La bilancia deve essere situata in un luogo che non diminuisce la sua accuratezza.

Evitare le temperature estreme. Non esporre lo strumento alla luce diretta del sole o vicino a fonti di calore.

Appoggiare o fissare l'indicatore e la piattaforma su una base esente da vibrazioni. Non posizionare vicino a macchinari vibranti.

Evitare sorgenti di alimentazioni instabili. Non utilizzare vicino a grosse fonti di elettricità.

Evitare zone ad alta umidità che possono causare condensazione. Evitare il contatto diretto con l’acqua. Non spruzzare o immergere la bilancia nell’acqua.

Evitare movimenti d’aria come correnti d'aria o porte aperte. Non posizionare vicino a finestre aperte.

Mantenere pulita le bilancia.

Non lasciare materiale sulla bilancia quando non è utilizzata.

3. INSTALLAZIONE

a) Togliere l'imballo. b) Livellare la piattaforma agendo sui piedini a vite fino a che la bolla di livello non è al suo centro. Riveste molta importanza la stabilità della piattaforma. TUTTI GLI ANGOLI DEVONO APPOGGIARE IN MODO UNIFORME. Controllare con cura che tutti i piedini oppongano resistenza al suolo e che la piattaforma, caricata in angolo, non sia instabile (se un angolo non appoggia il relativo piedino è più agevole da girare).

3.1 ALIMENTAZIONE E ACCENSIONE

L’indicatore può essere alimentato con alimentatore esterno (di serie) oppure solo a batteria (di serie). NOTA: si consiglia di effettuare la ricarica completa della batteria (12 ore) alla prima installazione dello strumento. PER ALIMENTARE lo strumento attraverso la rete 240 Vac, inserire lo spinotto dell'alimentatore AC/DC nella apposita presa posta sotto la bilancia e l’alimentatore alla vostra presa di rete a 240Vac.

PER ACCENDERE/SPEGNERE lo strumento premere a lungo il tasto TARE-On/Off.

Il display visualizza: UL569 XXX dove XXX è il nome del modello: "NW_" per NWL/NWS o "NW_H" per NWLH/NWSH 02.YY è la versione del software installato. L’indicatore è dotato di una funzione di “autozero all’accensione”: ciò significa che se all’accensione viene rilevato un peso rientrante nel +/- 10% della portata, esso viene azzerato; se il peso non rientra in questa tolleranza, con strumento non omologato il display dopo qualche istante visualizza il peso presente, con strumento omologato viene visualizzato continuamente “ZErO” sul display, finché il peso non viene fatto rientrare nella tolleranza. Successivamente visualizza "hi rES" (in caso di strumento NON omologato) o "LEGAL" (in caso di strumento omologato).

3.2 ALIMENTAZIONE A BATTERIA Se si desidera è possibile alimentare l’indicatore solo con la batteria. Quando la batteria sta per scaricarsi appare il messaggio “- LO -” ad indicare che la batteria deve essere ricaricata. La bilancia resta in funzione per alcuni minuti dopo il quale si spegne automaticamente per proteggere la batteria.

Per ricaricare la batteria occorre semplicemente collegare lo strumento alla rete. Non occorre che la bilancia sia accesa.

La batteria deve restare in carica per 12 ore per una completa ricarica.

Il messaggio “- - AC - -” sul display indica lo stato di ricarica della batteria. Quando si collega lo strumento alla rete la batteria interna viene ricaricata.

Se la batteria è utilizzata potrebbe non ricaricarsi completamente. Se la durata di vita della batteria risulta inaccettabile contattare il rivenditore.

4. TASTI E INDICATORI DEL PANNELLO FRONTALE NWL

4.1 FUNZIONE DEI TASTI

ZERO-B.L.

- Azzera il peso lordo visualizzato, se esso rientra nel +/- 2% della portata totale. - Premuto a lungo permette impostazione della retroilluminazione (vedere paragrafo

5.10).

TARE-On/Off

- Esegue la tara semiautomatica. - Premuto a lungo accende / spegne la bilancia.

ENTER

- Premuto a lungo permette la modifica della zona di gravità di calibrazione e d’uso (vedere paragrafo 6.2).

- Funzione secondaria di conferma del valore nell’impostazione di un parametro o di altre funzioni.

- Funzione di incremento della cifra selezionata o selezione nell’impostazione di un parametro o di altre funzioni.

- Premuto a lungo da accesso alla calibrazione senza acquisizione dello zero e senza selezione della portata (vedere paragrafo 6.3).

- Premuto in pesatura insieme al tasto ENTER, da accesso all’impostazione del numero di divisioni e dell’inseguimento di zero (vedere paragrafo 6.1).

- Premuto all’accensione, durante il conto alla rovescia, insieme al tasto ENTER, da accesso alla calibrazione con acquisizione dello zero e selezione della portata (vedere paragrafo 6.4).

- Permette la selezione del modo di funzionamento: normale pesatura, conteggio pezzi, peso percentuale (vedere paragrafo 5.5)

- Funzione secondaria di uscita dal settaggio di un parametro.

- In modo pesatura, permette di settare le soglie di peso (vedere paragrafo 5.9). - In modo contapezzi o percentuale, permette di eseguire una nuova referenza o

operazione di abbinamento (vedere paragrafo 5.7 e 5.8).

4.2 FUNZIONE INDICATORI

INDICATORE FUNZIONE

0 Indica che il peso rilevato dal sistema di pesatura si trova in prossimità dello zero.

NET Indica che il valore visualizzato è un peso netto.

PCS Indica che si sta visualizzando il numero di pezzi campionato (vedere paragrafo 5.7).

% Indica che si sta visualizzando il peso espresso in percentuale del peso campione

(vedere paragrafo 5.8).

kg Indica l’unita di misura in uso (chilogrammo).

lb Indica l’unita di misura in uso (libbre).

5. OPERAZIONI

5.1 AUTOZERO ALL’ACCENSIONE L’indicatore è dotato di una funzione di “autozero all’accensione”: ciò significa che se all’accensione viene rilevato un peso rientrante +/- 10% della portata, esso viene azzerato; se il peso non rientra in questa tolleranza, il display visualizza il messaggio “Err 2” e con strumento non omologato dopo qualche istante visualizza il peso presente, con strumento omologato viene visualizzato continuamente “ZERO” sul display.

5.2 ZERO BILANCIA Se non ci sono oggetti sulla bilancia e il display mostra un peso diverso da 0, premere il tasto ZERO per azzerare (si accende l’indicatore 0). Se il peso è superiore al +/- 2% della portata, l’azzeramento non avrà effetto.

5.3 FUNZIONE DI TARA Mettere il contenitore sulla bilancia e, quando il peso è stabile, premere il tasto TARE: il peso viene messo in tara e si accende l’indicatore NET; quando occorre rimuovere la tara, scaricare la bilancia e premere di nuovo TARE.

5.4 MESSAGGIO DI OVERLOAD Si raccomanda di non superare la portata massima della bilancia; quando appare il messaggio “- OF -” accompagnato da un segnale sonoro, rimuovere immediatamente il peso per evitare un danno alla cella di carico.

5.5 SELEZIONE MODO DI FUNZIONAMENTO Una volta terminata la procedura di accensione, la bilancia entra nel modo di pesatura semplice: si accendono i led di “Zero” e “kg”. Premere MODE diverse volte per scegliere i tre modi di funzionamento: pesatura semplice, conteggio pezzi, percentuale.

5.6 CONVERSIONE DELL’UNITÀ DI MISURA

Premendo il tasto U avviene la conversione tra kg” e “lb; nel display si accenderà il relativo simbolo (vedere paragrafo 4.2). NOTE: - La funzione non è disponibile se è attiva la funzione contapezzi o la funzione percentuale. - Con strumento OMOLOGATO il tempo di visualizzazione del peso in libbre è di 5 secondi, dopo i quali ritorna la visualizzazione nell’unità di misura della bilancia.

5.7 CONTEGGIO PEZZI Tramite la funzione di referenza è possibile utilizzare la bilancia come contapezzi. PROCEDURA DI REFERENZA Le operazioni da eseguire sono le seguenti: 1) Caricare sulla bilancia il contenitore vuoto, se esiste, e premere TARE per metterlo in tara. 2) Assicurarsi che la bilancia sia a zero, e premere MODE diverse volte per impostare il modo contapezzi (vedere

paragrafo 5.5). NOTA: se è già stato fatto un campionamento, premere SET.

3) Il display suggerisce una QUANTITA' DI REFERENZA tra quelle previste:10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 e 100.

4) Premere ↑ più volte fino a visualizzare la quantità scelta e premere ENTER.

5) Il display indica "LOAD-C": mettere sulla bilancia la quantità di pezzi campione e premere ENTER quando il peso è stabile, l’indicatore calcola il Peso Medio Unitario (Average Piece Weight [APW]). Dopo qualche istante il display indica la quantità selezionata e messa sulla bilancia.

6) Aggiungere sulla bilancia la quantità da contare il cui valore apparirà sul display. 7) Scaricare la bilancia. Il PMU rimane in memoria e permette di eseguire un nuovo conteggio di pezzi dello stesso

tipo, senza ripetere l'operazione di REFERENZA. 8) Per annullare o eseguire una nuova operazione di referenza, premere il tasto SET e ripetere le operazioni

come descritto dal punto 3).

NOTE: a. Quando il display mostra il messaggio “-SLAC-”, vuol dire che il peso medio unitario è inferiore all’80% della

divisione. Il conteggio è possibile ma potrebbe essere impreciso. Il messaggio scompare dopo 3 secondi. b. Quando il display mostra il messaggio “-CSL-”, vuol dire che il peso campione non è sufficiente. Premere SET per

rifare il campionamento. c. Premere MODE per uscire dal modo di funzionamento contapezzi.

5.8 PERCENTUALE PESO CAMPIONE

In questo modo di funzionamento, lo strumento visualizza sul display il peso espresso in percentuale, confrontandolo con un peso di riferimento cui è stata preventivamente associata la percentuale 100.

PROCEDURA DI ABBINAMENTO - Assicurarsi che la bilancia sia a zero, e premere MODE diverse volte per impostare il modo percentuale (vedere

paragrafo 5.5). NOTA: se è già stato fatto un campionamento, premere SET.

- Il display indica "LOAD-P"; è possibile procedere in due modi: c. Posizionare sulla bilancia il peso di riferimento corrispondente al 100% e premere ENTER.

d. Premere il tasto U per inserire il valore del peso corrispondente al 100%: Usare il tasto ↑ per aumentare il

valore della cifra selezionata ed ENTER per passare alla cifra successiva. - La bilancia ha eseguito l’abbinamento percentuale e visualizza la percentuale di peso presente sulla bilancia. - Scaricare la bilancia: le successive pesate saranno espresse in percentuale riferite al peso di riferimento. - Per annullare o eseguire una nuova operazione di abbinamento, premere il tasto SET e ripetere le operazioni

sopra descritte.

NOTE: Quando il campione pesa meno del 0.1% della portata, il display visualizza “-PSL-”. Vuol dire che il campione non è sufficiente, quindi occorre rifare la campionatura. Premere SET per rifare la campionatura. Durante il campionamento, premere SET per uscire senza salvare le modifiche apportate.

5.9 CONTROLLO PESO La bilancia è fornita della funzione di controllo quantità a due soglie. Un allarme acustico si attiva in base alle soglie impostate e al risultato della pesatura. Il controllo può essere effettuato sul peso. 5.9.1 SETTAGGIO DELLE SOGLIE Premere MODE diverse volte per impostare il modo pesatura (vedere paragrafo 5.5), dopodiché premere SET:

- Il display alterna il messaggio “- HI -” con la soglia superiore impostata: premere ↑ per modificarla.

- Usare il tasto ↑ per aumentare il valore della cifra selezionata ed ENTER per passare alla cifra successiva.

- Una volta impostata l’ultima cifra, il display alterna il messaggio “- LO -” con la soglia inferiore impostata: premere

↑ per modificarla.

- Usare il tasto ↑ per aumentare il valore della cifra selezionata ed ENTER per passare alla cifra successiva.

- Una volta impostata l’ultima cifra, il display mostra il modo di funzionamento dell’allarme acustico “- XX -”: premere

↑ per selezionare se l’allarme acustico deve attivarsi quando il peso è nel range impostato (“- IN -”), quando è

fuori dal range impostato (“- OUT -”) o disabilitare l’allarme e conseguentemente la funzione (“- NO -”). - Le soglie sono impostate e l’indicatore torna in pesatura. 5.9.2 SEGNALAZIONE ACUSTICA DEL CONTROLLO Posizionare un peso sul piatto della bilancia, l’allarme si attiva a seconda delle soglie impostate e il risultato di pesatura:

CON ALLARME IMPOSTATO SU “- IN -” - L’allarme si attiverà quando il valore rilevato si trova tra la SOGLIA INFERIORE e la SOGLIA SUPERIORE. - L’allarme si disattiverà quando il valore rilevato è minore della SOGLIA INFERIORE e superiore alla SOGLIA

SUPERIORE.

CON ALLARME IMPOSTATO SU “- OUT -” - L’allarme si attiverà quando il valore rilevato è minore della SOGLIA INFERIORE e superiore alla SOGLIA

SUPERIORE. - L’allarme si disattiverà quando il valore rilevato si trova tra la SOGLIA INFERIORE e la SOGLIA SUPERIORE.

NOTE - Il display mostra il messaggio “Err-Lo” se si inserisce una soglia inferiore maggiore di quella superiore. - La funzione di controllo si attiva con un peso maggiore di 0. - Le soglie superiore e inferiore sono salvate nella bilancia.

6. SET-UP

6.1 NUMERO DI DIVISIONI E INSEGUIMENTO DI ZERO Premere ENTER e CALI. a lungo:

- Il display mostra il numero di divisioni impostato “d XXXX”: premere ↑ per selezionare 3000, 6000 o 7500; nei

modelli NWLH/NWSH è possibile selezionare anche 15000 o 30000 divisioni massime. - Premendo ENTER il display mostra il numero di divisioni per l'inseguimento di zero “ZEr X.X”, in altre parole il

parametro di compensazione della deriva termica della bilancia; il valore impostato corrisponde al numero di

divisioni che viene azzerato. Premere ↑ per selezionare 0.0 (disabilitato), 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 o 3.5.

- Premere ENTER per confermare.

6.2 GRAVITA’ ZONA DI CALIBRAZIONE E D’USO

a) Tenere premuto ENTER per circa 4 secondi: sul display appare il messaggio "CAL_G".

b) Premere il tasto ↑: inserire il valore di gravità della zona di calibrazione, incrementando la cifra con il tasto ↑, e

confermandola per passare a quella successiva premendo ENTER. c) Una volta confermata l'ultima cifra sul display appare il messaggio "USE_G".

d) Premere il tasto ↑: inserire il valore di gravità della zona di utilizzo, utilizzando il tasto ↑ per aumentare il valore

della cifra selezionata ed ENTER per passare alla cifra successiva. e) Una volta confermata l'ultima cifra la bilancia torna in pesatura.

6.3 CALIBRAZIONE SENZA ACQUISIZIONE DELLO ZERO E SENZA SELEZIONE DELLA PORTATA PREMESSA: Impostare la gravità della zona di calibrazione e di utilizzo (vedere paragrafo 6.2). Tenere premuto CALI. per circa 4 secondi: sul display appare il messaggio “CAL.”. La calibrazione può essere effettuate in due modi:

2. Carico della portata totale: mettere il peso pari alla portata totale sulla piattaforma. Premere ENTER per confermare.

3. Carico selezionabile: a. Premere SET.

b. Inserire il peso che si vuole utilizzare per la calibrazione utilizzando il tasto ↑ per aumentare il valore della cifra

selezionata ed ENTER per passare alla cifra successiva. c. Poi caricare il peso corrispondente e premere ENTER per confermare o MODE per annullare.

6.4 CALIBRAZIONE CON ACQUISIZIONE DELLO ZERO E SELEZIONE DELLA PORTATA PREMESSA: Impostare la gravità della zona di calibrazione e di utilizzo (vedere paragrafo 6.2).

1. Spegnere e riaccendere la bilancia. 2. Premere contemporaneamente i tasti ENTER e CALI. durante l’accensione. 3. Premendo il tasto ↑ si seleziona la portata totale della bilancia. Confermare con ENTER. 4. Scaricare la bilancia e premere il tasto ENTER. 5. Caricare sulla bilancia un peso corrispondente a metà portata e premere il tasto ENTER. 6. Caricare sulla bilancia un peso corrispondente alla portata e premere il tasto ENTER.

6.5 FILTRO DI PESATURA 1. Premere insieme i tasti MODE e SET all’accensione, durante il conto alla rovescia. 2. Premendo ↑ si selezionano i filtri disponibili: SPd 0, SPd 1, SPd 2. Più alto è il valore del filtro e più è alto il suo

grado di intervento. 3. Confermare con ENTER.

6.6 RETROILLUMINAZIONE DISPLAY Premendo il tasto ZERO-B.L, il display scorre i possibili modi di attivazione; rilasciare il tasto quando è visualizzato il funzionamento desiderato:

OFF retroilluminazione sempre spenta ON retroilluminazione sempre accesa. AUTO retroilluminazione accesa solo quando il peso è maggiore di 0 o quando si preme un tasto. La

retroilluminazione rimane attiva per 5 secondi.

7. MESSAGGI MESSAGGI DESCRIZIONE RISOLUZIONE

- - OF - - Fuori portata Rimuovere il peso in eccesso dalla bilancia.

Err 2 / ZERO Errore esecuzione zero

All’accensione o quando viene premuto il tasto di ZERO, il peso sulla bilancia supera il +/- 10% della portata max. Rimuovere il peso in eccesso e riprovare.

UNSTA Errore autozero

All’accensione, il peso sulla bilancia è troppo instabile per essere azzerato. It maybe because of the platform’s intensity is too low or the platform is shaken strongly. You may strengthen the platform or avoid the shake.

- - ADC - - Errore segnale in ingresso fuori portata

Indica che il valore del convertitore A/D è superiore al valore massimo: - Rimuovere il peso dalla bilancia se in eccesso. - La cella di carico o l’elettronica può essere danneggiata.

- LO - Tensione batteria bassa

Si può usare la bilancia quando la batteria è scarica, ma bisogna collegare al più presto la bilancia alla rete così la batteria viene ricaricata.

ISTRUZIONI PER LO SMALTIMENTO

Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sul prodotto, indica che il prodotto alla fine della propria vita utile deve essere conferito agli idonei centri di raccolta differenziata, oppure riconsegnato al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di un nuovo prodotto equivalente. L’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’avvio successivo del prodotto al riciclaggio, contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative previste dalla legge.

GARANZIA

I prodotti Scale House sono assistiti da garanzia per dodici mesi dalla data di acquisto, con esclusione delle parti classificate come materiale di consumo come testine di stampa, batterie, ruote e motori elettrici e materiale di consumo. La garanzia su questo materiale è di tre mesi. Per maggiori informazioni potete rivolgervi al Centro di Assistenza Autorizzato nel seguito indicato. La garanzia è riferita al guasto derivante da eventuale difetto di costruzione e copre il costo della mano d'opera e dei componenti sostituiti. Il prodotto deve essere inviato nel suo imballo originale con trasporto a carico del mittente, presso la sede della venditrice. La garanzia non trova applicazione per i guasti derivanti da uso improprio e inosservanza delle istruzioni di funzionamento, fenomeno elettrico, tentativo di riparazione non autorizzato, collegamento ad altre apparecchiature o rimozione degli elementi identificativi del prodotto (numero di serie, etichetta, etc.). E' escluso qualsiasi indennizzo per danni, diretti o indiretti, provocati all'utente dal mancato o parziale funzionamento degli strumenti anche se durante il periodo di garanzia. La garanzia sulle celle di carico esclude i danni da urti e sovraccarichi.
