The children at Prince of Wales have been working on a whole school project on recycling this week. Come to our 'Tree Exhibition' to see how we have used old things to create something new to display on trees around the school.
In art club last term, Year 5 & 6 children worked on an exciting project called, 'City Life' and final pieces were submitted for the Mayor's Award for Visual Arts. Families and children were invited to the ceremony last night, where finalists and winners were announced. We are delighted to tell you that Ada in Year 5 and Aanya in Year 6 were shortlisted as finalists - Aanya winning 2nd prize in the year 6 category. Well done to both girls, a great achievement for budding young artists!
