Pan of water on for rice Measure 50g rice 2.10Collect ingredients for Chilli. Prepare onion, garlic for chilli Rice in for 12 mins. 2.15Heat oil, gently fry onion & garlic. Collect tomatoes etc in jug Add mince & cumin to onions. Fry until browned 3 mins. 2.20Add tomato mixture, bring to boil, simmer 20 mins Prepare green pepper & collect kidney beans.
