PROPOSAL OPTIONS - SCHEDULE AND COVERAGE NOTES

In all Options quoted, spots are ROS, Mon.- Sun. 6AM- 12MIDN or MIDN.-6AM rotations, unless otherwise indicated. Spots in the suggested schedules can be

adjusted to run higher frequencies over fewer networks. Schedule requests for narrowed days or hours can be made at the time of order. Totals cover 30-day,

4-week amounts. Other networks may be selected within the NTVS Tiers. NTVS Traffic may also offer optional "opportunity" market spot placements at the

time of order. Networks to be selected by best clearance times and audiences available - client approves schedule before airing.

PRODUCTION COSTS:

TV Spot Production 30 Second: $2,500

Production Notes: This Production Rate reflects a 50% discount when the air time in this proposal is purchased through NTVS.

Production includes: Scripting of the commercial, basic editing of any existing raw footage or current TV commercial, editing logos, graphics, images, special

effects, music, photographs or video clips from the client or NTVS Digital Library, and voiceover announcer narration. Client receives broadcast and digital

website copies and owns the final commercial(s).

INFRASTRUCTURE REVIEW - INCLUDEDNTVS's Infrastructure Review is a no-charge, value-added service. NTVS Admin. and Ops teams will analyze key aspects of the client product, website, order

processing procedures and more as it may apply. NTVS will conduct a review of the client operating infrastructure as it relates to the potential results of the ad

campaign, the commercial message and the customer's point of view. Suggestions and recommendations will be made as necessary that could improve

campaign effectiveness, successful product sales or the intended result of the ad schedule. It will review: Payment Processing, Website Landing Page

Optimization, Call Center Scripting (as applicable), Website Shopping Cart User Friendliness, Clear Path to Fulfillment, Shipping and Delivery Solutions,

Post Sales Support, Non-Purchaser Contact Capture, and Continued Marketing Opportunities.

4: This proposal is good for a period of 10 days. Proposal based on availability at time of final schedule and production approval by Client.

5: Local Placement Subscriber Households may vary dependant upon market(s) selected, and cable platforms finalized with traffic based

on availability and final schedule. Narrowed schedule days / hours will be requested.

6: NTVS Bonus spots may be placed on matching networks on Local Cable Platform #4 as agreed with Traffic for scheduling.
