The G Lubricator is a sealed piston pump that can be fed from an independent oil reservoir. In normal operation, oil is gravity fed from the reservoir to the pump. The unit may be operated by an eccentric cam or a reciprocating part of the machinery being lubricated, with no electric or alternative power required. The G Lubricator is ideal for small gearbox and pinion applications, using the gearbox oil as the supply.

The lubrication pump type VB-B are reservoir pumps with a single-action plunger operated by a hand lever. The lubricant reservoir has a capacity of 1, 1.6 or 4 litre. Pump of type VB-B are intended for grease and semifl uid grease. Type VB-B grease lubrication pumps have an anti-cavitation plate with a level indicator projecting through the reservoir cover.When the hand lever is in the pressure release position, the delivery outlet is connected to the pumps suction compartment. FZ-B Lubricators are typically driven by a fl anged, geared motor or via the machine being lubricated through either a ratchet or rotary drive. Maximum permissible speed of the piston plunger is 10 rpm for the rotary drive lubricators and 6 rpm for the ratchet drive. A wide range of transmission ratios are available, making this lubricator adaptable to meet a diversity of machine requirements.

Where electrical power is available, the BM-B Pump is ideally suited at the heart of a lubrication system. These pumps are robust for harsh and severe applications, and their compact construction of high-grade steel gives them a long service life. A pressure relief valve is incorporated in to the BM-B Pump. This can be adjusted to control the operating pressure to the centralised lubricating system and protect the pump against excessive back pressures.

The design of the 4/2 way valve ensures a permanent exchange of the lubricant in all channels of the appliance.
