The Sorterra™ Cell Isolation System Simplifies Your Workflow
Efficient Cell SortingWith less than five minutes of preparation required, the Sorterra™ system isolates white blood cells from 3-75 mL of anticoagulated peripheral blood at a rate of 150 mL per hour. Cells are separated in microfluidic channels without the use of centrifugation or beads, minimizing the perturbation of your cells and preserving your sample integrity. Additionally, the automated technology reduces the impact of site and operator variability, a common challenge to scaling research.
