WELCOME ASL 3 AND 4! TODAY:

Art project- time to work. Rubric- given out tomorrow In addition to the art itself, you will also need

to: -write a summary of what De’VIA is and how it came about; -tell us the author who inspired your work (or who’s work you are

replicating); -provide 5 examples of that author’s work -tell us the message your work conveys regarding Deaf Culture,

experience, etc. (***Note: on your art: be sure it is consistent with the

original artist; use of materials shows a lot of time was taken to create it; drawing is expressive and detailed; class time was used wisely; etc.)

If you are still drafting it out, fine- but have a plan on how to complete it- be actively working on that, sketching, etc.

Vocabulary- if you are not working on your art project, you need to be studying vocabulary.
