Carlo Goldoni’s “The Servant of Two Masters” (translated and adapted by Jeffrey Hatcher and Paolo Emilio Landi)
A cross between traditional Italian commedia dell’arte and postmodern vaudeville, this new version of Goldoni’s classic (originally written in 1753) pits the madcap servant Truffaldino against masters, mistresses, lovers, lawyers, and twenty seven plates of meatballs. Commedia is often hailed as the forefather of modern day improv comedy, and gave birth to many of the comedy tropes and characters that we know and love to-day. Imagine a Bob Hope or Woody Allen comedy written by Monty Python and per-formed with the physical bravura of Chaplin or Keaton!
Tickets will be sold at the door. $5 for students, and $10 for general admission.

2016 — 2017 Center for Educational
Effectiveness (CEE) Perceptual Survey
Our schools and district are committed to continuous improvement. It is important for us to know how our parents/guardians, staff and students regard the job we are doing in providing a quality education for children. To gather input, the Center for Educa-tional Effectiveness (CEE) staff, student and parent perceptual surveys are being con-ducted this fall in all twenty-two Auburn schools. The surveys quantify strengths and opportunities for improvement based upon the nine-characteristics of high performing schools. Student surveys are administered to students in grades 4-12. The information from the survey will be combined from all of our schools to develop a district profile and individual schools will receive information to support their school improvement process.
We value your feedback and need your insight for continuous improvement. Please look for surveys coming soon!
