CARATTERISTICHE

COMPONENTI DELLA POMPA

È a forma di vite a sezione circolare e ruotando all’internodello statore permette il pompaggio del materiale. La pressio-ne della pompa è dipendente dal numero di stadi del rotore.Ogni stadio fornisce una pressione di 6 bar. NOVAROTORSha due tipologie di rotori: standard e a passo allungato, chea parità di diametro ed eccentricità, raddoppia la portata mi-gliorando il rendimento della pompa.

It’s a screw shape with circular section and, rotating in to thestator, allows the pumping of the fluid. The pressure of thepump depends on the number of stages. Every stage givesa pressure of 6 bar. Nova Rotors has two types of rotors:standard and long step type that, considering the samediameter and eccentricity, doubles the capacity increasingthe pump performance.

Tenuta a baderna con anelli a basso coefficiente d’attrito e anelli di flus-saggio. La pressione di flussaggio deve essere da 0,5 a 1 bar superiorealla pressione presente all’interno del corpo e compatibile con il liquido diprocesso. Adatta a processare prodotti molto abrasivi. TENUTA MECCANICA DOPPIA“BACK TO BACK” / DOUBLEMECHANICAL SEAL “BACK TO BACK”

Facce a contatto con coefficiente d’attrito estremamente ridotto. Bi-direzio-nale e totalmente immersa nel prodotto di processo stesso. Adatta a pro-cessare prodotti ad alta viscosità e con piccole quantità di solidi. Pressioni:da vuoto a 16 bar.

The faces in contact has a very low coefficient of friction. Don’t depending bythe rotating sense. The seal is completely flooded in the medium. Suitable forbig viscosity medium with small quantity of solid. Pressure: up to 16 bar.

TENUTA MECCANICA PER USOALIMENTARE / MECHANICAL SEALFOR FOOD

In accordo alle specifiche della tenuta meccanica singola, il flussaggio nonin pressione, rende adatta tale tenuta nelle pompe con senso di rotazioneinverso come le verticali e in tutte quelle applicazioni in cui il prodotto haresidui solidi, cristallini o abrasivi. Pressioni: da vuoto a 25 bar.

In agreement with specification of the mechanical seal, the flushing not inpressure, is useful for pumps with inverse rotation sense like vertical pumpsand for all the application where the product has solid residue andabrasive parts. Pressure: up to 25 bar.

KIT MACERATORE / GRINDER KITIl Kit maceratore viene applicato alla pompa monovite quando si ha la necessità di ottenere un prodottotriturato quali frutta o vegetali, evitando così l’utilizzo di altre macchine trituratrici più costose. Il kit ècomposto da lame in acciaio ad alta resistenza meccanica e da una piastra forata, con fori dimensionatisecondo il livello di triturazione che si vuol ottenere. Il kit si può installare su qualsiasi pompa monovite.

The grinder kit can be installed on a progressing cavity pump when there is the request to obtain acrushed product as fruit, vegetables, avoiding other kind and more expensive machines like the grinderor theannihilator. This kit consists on blades in hardened steel with high mechanical resistance and aholed plate and it can have the holes with the needed dimensions. All pumps can accept this kind ofgrinder kit.

PRESSOSTATO / PRESSURE SWITCHPer evitare problemi di sovrapressioni in mandata, la pompa può essere dotata di un pressostato, colle-gato ad un quadro elettrico, il quale blocca la macchina quando la pressione supera il valore preimposta-to. Tale dispositivo può essere impiegato anche contro la marcia a secco, in tal caso il pressostato vienetarato in modo da arrestare la pompa in assenza di pressione in mandata.

In order to avoid the overpressure on the delivery site, the pump can be endowed of the pressure switchand connected to a control panel it stop the pump when the pressure exceed the lay out value.You can use the pressure switch even against the dry running and in this case it has to be set up in orderto stop the pump when there is not pressure on the delivery site.

CAMICIA DI RISCALDAMENTOHEATING JACKET Può essere applicata al corpo pompa, allo statore o ad entrambi. Serve per mantenere inalterata la tem-peratura della pompa durante il pompaggio.

It can be applied on the pump, the stator or both. It used to keep constant the temperature while pumpworking.

The applications whereour pumps are involved (petrolchemical, off-shore plants,paint factory etc) are interested in the ATEX DIRECTIVE.Nova Rotors screw pumps are suitable to the Atex request inGruop II, Category 2 and for working in explosion area wheregas is present (Zone 1 and Zone 2). According to 94/9/CEnormative, our PUMPS are labeled: II 2 G IIB TX.

POMPE NORME ATEXA richiesta del cliente costruiamo pompe che rispondonointegralmente alla normativa Atex, per l’utilizzo in atmosferapotenzialmente esplosiva. La direttiva riguarda non solo gliapparecchi elettrici, ma anche i dispositivi meccanici comele pompe che, essendo sorgenti d’innesco, rischiano di pro-vocare un’esplosione. Gli ambienti dove tipicamente vengo-no installati i ns. prodotti (petrolchimico, piattaforme offsho-re,distillerie, fabbricazione vernici, tintura tessuti, ecc) sonocoinvolti dalla Direttiva ATEX nel conformare alla stessa le ns.pompe. Le pompe monovite Nova rotors sono conformi allerichieste di progetto che rientrano nel Gruppo II, Categoria2 e per funzionamento in zone con pericolo di esplosione inpresenza di gas (Zona 1 e Zona 2). Esse riportano in accordocon la normativa 94/9/CE la marcatura identificativa: II 2 GIIB TX.
