Dear customers, We have prepared a catalog of our products for the year 2014. We produce chiefly extruded homogeneous technical rubber in the form of hoses, profiles and cut-off sealing rings. We have more than 20 years of experience with production of technical rubber in our company. We added dozens of profiles that we produced last year to our catalog. Catalog is not complete because according to your requirements we can produce other profiles which are of your design. We hope we always find a solution that meets your needs.

Manufacturing of seal for heavy duty applications We can design the resistant rubber to chemicals, petrol, temperature, aging, etc. and we can advice you on selecting of proper type. For this purpose we cooperate with leading Czech suppliers of rubber mixtures. In combination with electronically controlled process of vulcanization, maximum quality and homogeneity of rubber products is achieved.Dimensional accuracy and quality according to ISO 3302-1.Customer satisfaction always belongs to the priorities of our business. This can be achieved by consistent compliance with required tolerances at all stages of production. Cutting of pads according to the customer requirements, shortening and gluing of profiles For cutting of pads we are equipped with a new cutting device which separates the homogeneous shapes with dimensions up to 60x60mm and hardness of 80ShA. Pads and simpler shapes are manufactured in the order of tens units, while the price remains significantly lower in the comparison with the molded products. It is possible to shorten the profiles to any length or on the contrary to stick them into closed loops by the means of special elastic adhesives for rubber.

Custom manufacturing of profiles and hosesThe possibility of production already from one kilogram of product. On the basis of drawings or simple sketches, we can provide complete rubber-mechanical engineering, starting with the quotation, design of extrusion die, determination of the technological process, production, technical inspection, packaging and shipping. Extrusion molds are manufactured in-house, which speeds up the delivery dates of final products. We have modern facility for production of any die shape.
