NOTE:
1. The duly accomplished notice of Construction shall be
submitted to the office of the Building Officialconcerned prior to
construction. The Building Officer shall submit a copy of the
Construction IndustryAuthority of the Philippines and the
Department of Labor and Employment.
2. Under Article 1723 of the Civil Code of the Philippine, the
engineer or architect who drew up the plansand specification for
the building structure is liable for damages if within fifteen (15)
years fromcompletion of the building/structure the same should
collapse due to defect on the plans andspecifications of defects in
the ground. The Contractors licensed solidarity liable with the
engineer orarchitect who supervises the construction for damages
should the edifice
