Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereb::,· giYen to the members of the Board of Respiratory Care

Examiners and to the general public that the Board of Respiratory Care Examiners will hold a meeting open to

the public on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at 9:00AM, Conference Room B-1, 1400 W. Washington,

Phoenix Arizona 85007. The Board may Yote to go into Executi\·e Session for an::,· matter on the agenda to

obtain legal advice from counsel pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(:\)(3). In addition, the Board may rnte to go

into Executive Session to consider or reYiew records exempt b::,· la\\" from public inspection, including the receipt

and discussion of information or testimon:\" that is specificall;· required to be maintained as confidential by state

or federal law pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(2) and may be com·ened on item numbers C-1, C-2, C-3,

C-4, C-5, C-6, C-7, C-8, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-6, R-7 and R-8. ExecutiYe Sessions \\"ill not be open to

the public.

The Board may address the agenda items in any order within the timeframe indicated, and may carry

over matters to a later time when necessar::,·. The Board resen·es the right to change the order of items on the

agenda, except for matters set for a specific time.

Items marked with an Asterisk (*) appear in multiple places on the Agenda and may be taken in tandem

with those items.

Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign
